The 528sf Cozy Studio is the perfect retreat for a couple or the solo traveler! Centrally located in Jacksonville, the property is: within 15 miles to JAX airport, 2 miles to downtown and the St. John's River/water front, 3 miles to TIAA Bank Field, 5 miles to I-95, 18 miles to the beach, 1 mile to the Florida Dept of Health, 7 miles to Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens, 42 miles to St. Augustine, 142 miles to Orlando, 91 miles to Daytona Beach, 167 miles to Tallahassee, and 138 miles to Savannah GA.
The space
The space has it all: private entrance and driveway, small kitchenette (no stove), sofa, queen size bed, private bathroom, and a desk and chair for work.

NOTE: In addition to thorough cleaning, we are using 2 UV lamps for the purpose of sterilization and disinfection.
