With direct access to the beach and a spectacular panoramic pool on the 9th floor of the Hotel, you can relax and soak up the sun. If you are traveling for business, this unit offers a privileged location within the luxurious Hyde Resort and Residences.

This beautiful apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with showers. The master bedroom has 1 king-size bed, while the second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds. In the living room, you'll find 1 cozy queen-size sofa bed.
You'll love the huge balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the stunning ocean and city views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Additionally, guests will find everything they need to feel at home, including pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, and more. There are also appliances such as coffee makers, blenders, toasters, and more available for guests' convenience. Rest assured, the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay.
This unit also features free Wi-Fi, a safe, and private laundry facilities with a dryer.

*If you arrive before check-in time (4:00 p.m.), you can relax in the lobby or at 'Terrazas' Restaurant on the ninth floor of the hotel.

Front desk staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We boast the perfect location: nearby you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shopping malls, and other convenience stores. Additionally, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and Aventura Mall are just a 5-minute drive away. South Beach is only an 18-minute drive away.

Easy access to two airports: Miami International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately 20 minutes away, depending on traffic.

15 to 29 days: $35 per day (not per person) + TAX.

- PARKING FEE:
1 to 7 days: $35 per day + TAX.
8 days on: $30 per day + TAX.
30-day stay, monthly rate: $650 + TAX.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $250 USD security deposit will be held upon check-in and fully refunded upon hotel checkout.

AMENITIES ARE COMPLIMENTARY and are provided once per reservation. After that, you will need to provide your own personal care and toiletry items. There are convenience stores located within walking distance of the hotel (7-Eleven, Walmart, Walgreens, Publix).

BEACH SERVICE: Each room has 2 beach chairs, 1 umbrella, and beach towels, free of charge. For additional available chairs, please contact the area manager. Beach access is temporarily relocated to a nearby beach service (within walking distance), where guests receive the umbrella, chairs, and towels.

To maintain a fresh and pleasant environment within the suite, please refrain from smoking inside the unit or partying inside the unit. Smoking and partying inside the unit are strictly prohibited, and violators may be fined $300 USD.

-Maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
-Only registered guests are allowed in the unit or on the premises.
-At least one guest must be of legal age (+21 years) and must be present during the entire stay.
-Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Throwing objects from the balcony is prohibited.
-Smoking is not allowed in the room and on the balcony.
Failure to comply with any of the rules may result in partial or total retention of the security deposit.
