We really enjoyed this place. We had daily visits from dolphins and rabbits which kids enjoyed. This place nailed on all levels. Super clean and well decorated. Host fast response.

Host was great.. our code wouldn’t work she was very responsive.. i was very pissed at first tho, This is a double. And you share the pool. Very inconvenient when your search was for single family homes with a private pool. Get to the double, the side we had was NoT even the side shown in the pictures which is the right side, we had the left. **bonus of this is the left side or 3615 side has a more hang out back porch screened in area which is nice since you share the pool common area. Double was very clean… but the cleaning lady itself needs fired. one cockroach in the front screened area when we first came in.. dead… but still kinda like grossed out.. then another… dead .. but in the laundry area still there.. there is a bubble like water seep In the kitchen area which kinda worried us with the fact it rains everyday. There was 4 towels only, bare Min..The pool was not as taken care of as this pic. All the grout lines arnt grout or caulk its moss and there are weeds everywhere I spent like 3 hours just weeding our walk path cause I felt so bad getting in the pool dragging allKinds of stuff in with me cause of just poor pool area care. We were here for the 4th of July seen a lot of cool fireworks but definitely go down town… you cannot see the display from house. But you do see a lot of the neighborhood lighting off. And the canal is okay fishing.. but nothing bites really but mangrove snappers. Again the host was nice. But this was a very misleading rental.

Excellent, newly renovated & pristine vacation home with pool

We had a great time in SW FL! This property was perfect for the 4 of us who made it, but could have easily slept a couple more. It is newly renovated & very clean, which is so important to a comfortable stay away from home. It also has a nice pool with good outdoor space for swimming and lounging outside. All in all, a great experience! 5/5

Great location and on a great canal. The outside of the property could use some work but the inside was updated and very nice. It’s kind of weird sharing the pool with the next door neighbor .The only things lacking were a cork screw and a dresser in the master. Overall I would recommend this property.

Beautiful property in a great town. Saw dolphins and manatee in the canal, but didn’t catch any fish. The house is up to date and easy to fall in love with and also hard to leave, lol. Would definitely think about staying there again, worth every penny. Host is easy to contact and very understanding. Thank you.

great stay

First of all the property was as pictured online. Very nice. But this was a duplex and I did not see it listed this way, thankfully the neighbor was our age, we would have been VERY disappointed if there had been kids as this was our time away from the grandkids and we wanted adult time. Neighbors in another condo told us that the renters right before us had loud teenagers that were left alone. Also the floors are DANGEROUSLY slippery!!!!! We ended up using the beach towels on the floor so we didn't slip and fall, a few rugs would have taken care of this, also actual grill tools would have been handy. On the plus side we had dolphins showing off in the canal every morning! Good location, easy to find , we would book here again.

Coral stay

Overall it was good. We did not wifi access for our laptops and had to request. It took a few back and forth request, but we finally got the password. There were no pillows for the beds. There were pillow that were in the shams, but no pillow cases. Some queen pillow cases were dropped off, but the master has King pillows. Also, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms, most VRBO's I have booked have these amenities. There is no microwave which would have been nice. overall house was done nicely. It is a duplex. I did not see this in the description when renting but it did not turn out to be an issue. We were there to work so we were in and out.
