Welcome to Lakeside Getaway, a modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. This inviting, single-level home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering a peaceful escape with all the conveniences you desire. Step inside and discover a stylish, open-concept space filled with natural light, perfect for creating lasting memories.



As you enter, you'll find a newly renovated interior featuring:

- A spacious living area with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.

- A fully stocked kitchen, complete with new appliances, a coffee pot, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. The kitchen island offers additional seating for casual dining.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for your comfort:

- Master Bedroom: King-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom and a large closet.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed with a firm spring mattress.

- Guest Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with a firm spring mattress.

- Living Room: A futon provides additional sleeping space.



The home also features a newly remodeled second bathroom with a modern, tiled walk-in shower. Outside, relax on the covered patio, complete with seating and a propane grill for al fresco dining. The extra-large, fully fenced backyard offers a safe and spacious area for pets and children to play freely.



We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home, covered patio, and the fully fenced backyard during their stay. For your convenience and security, the home is equipped with a smart lock for easy self-check-in. A unique door code will be generated for your reservation. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in

- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Interaction with Guests:

We believe in giving our guests complete privacy to enjoy their getaway. We will not be present during your stay, but we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and comfortable experience.
