Wonderful and responsive host. Apt is well appointed and close to beach and restaurants. Bring your ear plugs…. Lots of roosters in the am announcingnthw start of the day…early.

We had the best time staying in this lovely place. It looks nice in pictures, but it is even nicer in person. The host was very good with communication back and forth. It was well-stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed for 7 days, and it was worth it because we were within walking distance from Playa Santa beach and several places to eat typical Puerto Rican fast food, like empanadas and alcapurrias. It was also close to great restaurants and central to many other cities to visit each day. We strongly recommend this place.

We loved our stay at this property! We used this as a place to explore the west side of PR. Playa Jungla is beautiful and La Parguera is a quick drive.

The beach apartment was amazing They had everything you needed, and it was super clean. The management was incredible giving you all the details of how to check in and check out I will revisit again. It’s only two minutes walking distance from the beach truly awesome thank you again.

A great house!

We so enjoyed are stay at the house, it was very clean, you can walk down to the beach and watch the sunset every night, we would gladly stay here again.

Right in the middle of great restaurants, bars and beaches.Picture slightly deceptive as there is not a beach view from the property. However, it is within a very short walking distance. Would stay again!

Pretty clean place, excellent communication

Apartment was clean, pretty spacious, has everything one could need. Loved the beautiful floor tiles and bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in! Top! Host has provided excellent communication, fast responses. Gate remote battery for empty in middle of stay. Host provided replacement in lockbox the next morning, that was great. Playa Santa is not what it used to anymore. Abandoned buildings, trash everywhere including beach, we wouldn't stay there again only due to location but apartment was awesome and safe because gated! Thank you

A little piece of paradise

We loved staying at Villa Marta! It's in a great location, walking distance to beach. The apartment was beautiful, and clean. The property manager was very helpful, and kind. Great place to stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice spot we enjoyed

Owner Gian was very nice and helpful, quickly replied to comunication. Property was very clean and the decor was very comforting. I absolutely loved all the ceramic tile patterns

Beach getaway

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. Location was ideal for walking to beach and restaurants. Loved the area with birds and iguanas and Gian our host was gracious. Thank you Gian!

Exactly as described

Smooth check in/out process. Later than typical check out time, which was appreciated. Bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was above average I comparison to my other rentals in PR. I did not use the kitchen much to rate (I'm on vacation!) Gian is easy to reach for any questions and provides you step by step check in instructions, map and his recommendations on local businesses. All in all 5 stars! Regarding the surrounding area, and no reflection on this property, keep in mind roosters are loud (I was unfamiliar with these typical nuances), earplugs would be beneficial. Skip playa santa and go to playa la jungla. It's worth the $2. Maybe a fluke, but on our visit playa santa was littered with broken glass and trash, while 2 min drive later I was in paradise. And unless you're in a 4x4 don't try finding hidden beach!

Wonderful location

We totally enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean. We used the kitchen and it was well stocked. The area was not crowded with tourists. The locals were very friendly and the restaurants were delicious. We were within walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beach. Playa Santa was a beautiful beach. I totally recommend this.
