We had a great time here! The backyard is awesome—right on the water with a deck where the kids spent hours crabbing, fishing, and kayaking. It was perfect for keeping them busy and entertained. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed to cook up some great meals. Lots of pots and pans to work with, which made cooking a breeze. The neighborhood was really nice, too—quiet and friendly. Definitely a spot we’d love to visit again!
The porch, dock and fire pit on the property were great to watch the calm waters and the sunset. All the rooms were really comfortable and the decor was so cute. The kitchen had everything we needed.
Right on the water with amazing views. Wonderful pier to lounge on. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was stocked with useful utensils. Property manager was very responsive. Will definitely book again!
Loved the house. Perfect set up for boating with deep water and hook ups on the dock. Had great weather which made fishing and sitting around the fire pit wonderful.
This home was perfect for what my family and I were looking for: a quiet home with a pier for a weekend of relaxation. The home was super clean, organized, well stocked, and more. The backyard & pier was amazing. We would 100% rent this home again!
The house was just as described. It was exceptionally clean, kitchen was stocked with anything one could possibly need, beds were very comfy, and it was nicely decorated. The setting was gorgeous. The neighborhood was very quiet, we appreciated the solitude! Host was quick to respond to our communications. Highly recommend this home!
Our annual summer vacations are a 3-generation affair, and simple is what we want. Lovely location, great single-floor spaces for our elders. Quiet and beautiful. We got super-blessed this year as it was cool (relatively speaking) with low humidity. Made for a wonderful time together as a family. Low tech, board games, reading books, great food and long naps. Thankful to the owners for a beatiful property and house.
The house was immaculate and so beautiful!
I want to know who their interior decorator is! Lol. My husband, friends and I enjoyed the wrap around deck overlooking the river view. The firepit and surrounding chairs was such a nice treat ar the end if the day. Amy, the Host, was very helpful and easy to deal with.
This property is gorgeous! The house and view far exceeds what the photos show. We loved our stay! We enjoyed spending time on the dock, swimming, and lounging on the shady porch. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, well stocked, and we could tell the owners took great pride in their home. Plenty of space for 10 adults - the bed arrangement worked out perfectly. Amy was easy to communicate with and flexible. This was probably my top stay in a vacation rental ever - we cant wait to return!!
This was our first time at this beautiful home in Piney Point, MD. The space was perfect for our group of adults and kids. The house is nicely positioned right in front of the dock with a great view of the water that allowed us to keep an eye on the kids. The doc was easy to get our 20' boat to. The house has amazing amenities… games, sound system for movie nights and music, toys and fire pit. All if the rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. The house was extremely clean and instructions for check out were clear and easy to follow. We will definitely book this house again next year!
Booked the property for family/friends fishing trip. Location and docking boat at property were key. Those of us who were not into fishing ( just eating the catch) enjoyed the upscale casual peace the home provided.
Ceiling fans on outdoor porch were key to bug free relaxation. The beautiful kitchen island was central in socializing while preparing food.
Sumptuous bed and bath linens were noticed and appreciated by all. I especially loved the walk in shower after long hot days. Loved it.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Vrbo house in Piney Point, MD, and it exceeded all my expectations. The house was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment from the moment I arrived. The fully stocked kitchen was a delight, making meal preparation a breeze with all the necessary utensils and appliances readily available. I particularly enjoyed the picnic table and porch, which provided perfect spots for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings. Situated on a quiet street, the location offered a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, this Vrbo provided a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to unwind in Piney Point.
As my son said entering the house for the first time, “smells like paradise!” - it was just that!
This rental was top-notch and exceeded our expectations. Amy was a great host and easy to communicate with!
The house was so clean, furniture & appliances were all up-to-date, and the beds were very comfortable! The bathrooms were fully stocked and the kitchen was well supplied-truly had everything you need. Having the washer and dryer right off, the kitchen was super convenient as well!!
There were crab pots on the pier and we found a steamer in the shed!
They did have a kayak which the kids really enjoyed taking around the area!
Overall, extremely happy with our recent trip and plan to visit again very soon!!
The house was very clean and beautiful. Thankfully, the wrap around porch has shade and fans because it was very hot outside and we could not swim. We were told by locals that jellyfish (sea nettle) season starts around june and will last all summer and there was no way to swim. I had no idea when i booked this house that would be the case or else i would have went elsewhere. It was hot and we could not enjoy the water at all. Kayaking and paddleboards were fun but, the kids wanted to swim and were stuck inside or on the porch all day. The fire was nice in the evening. Unfortunately we wont be back because we like to enjoy the water but, if you are just looking to lay back and relax you may enjoy your time.
FIVE FANTASTIC STARS!!!!
The owner is very responsive and the house was immaculate when we arrived. The pictures of this house do not do it justice! Upon entry, you will be dazzled by how beautifully and tastefully decorated the home is. The kitchen is fully equipped with every small appliance you can possibly imagine - waffle maker, air fryer, crockpot. There was even a pizza stone in the oven and two different kinds of coffee makers for those who use K-cups or prefer drip coffee. There are bedrooms on both floors which can be helpful for people who may have trouble using stairs.
Our only complaints were the mosquitoes and other insects that literally left their marks on our extremities when we were outdoors, so be sure to bring your bug spray (although we still got stung) and citronella candles. Maybe the property can be treated in advance of visitors arriving? All in all, we CANNOT WAIT to come back next year!
If you are thinking about renting this home, DO NOT HESITATE! Just do it!
We had a great time for a mixed family reunion/graduation celebration. The house has a nice layout with a good combo of common areas and quiet nooks. The primary bedroom was spacious with attached full bath and large soaking tub overlooking the water with a bonus seating area. The other bedrooms were more basic with a queen on the 1dt floor sharing the hall bath with 1st floor guests. Upstairs was good for kids with a large room for up to four, a cut double twin overlooking the water and a long queen (with room for a pack-n-play) all sharing a bath and a little upstairs hang out spot. Private pier, fire pit, covered porch and gas grill with direct line to gas line on a grass yard. Only one kayak, which was a bit of a bummer. We also had to buy our own propane tank for the crab boil, but a large pot and burner were provided. Parking is limited to four cars max, and a large truck/suv takes up two spots and there isn't another place to park so plan accordingly if you have multiple groups coming. The kitchen has the basics for cooking but don't expect leftover food/staples. The house was very clean and has everything you want to relaxing and have a comfortable group of people. Sound system and smart TVs, even speakers on the porch. Lots of wildlife viewing. If you have small kids be aware that the lawn goes straight to the water line and pier. This makes for great views and atmosphere. People fishing or looking at the water are still part of the group. Tranquil and beautiful.
