Family Friendly Home with quiet neighbors. This is a place to relax while still being near historical sites, driving distance to Florence or Pisa and more. The house has a master bedroom with a King Bed, a second bedroom that has a King and a set of bunk beds and a queen size sofa sleeper in the livingroom. Updated bathroom and an eat in kitchen. The views from the windows are breathtaking. The house has a garden, parking and some shops and a church you can walk to. Vineyards are nearby as are historical landmarks and hiking trails as well as a modern mall.
You can drive or take a train to a beach of choice.

Nice and very clean house!

Very nice little house with outdoor space well appreciated in summer. And very clean!!! Luigi and his wife are really nice and helpfull people! Thanks a lot to them for their welcome.

Pas à la hauteur

Nous sommes déçus de l'absence de piscine qui était pourtant notre critère de recherche prioritaire. Grosse erreur sur l'annonce qui indique un ensemble de services partagés de type résidentiel (piscine, laverie, parking) mais il n'en est rien. Maison typique agréable mais proximité de l'autoroute. Sur place, grande gentillesse des voisins pour la remise des clés et de sympathiques attentions.

I clearly told the guest in messages that we do not own a pool or have a pool on the property. There is a campground 10 minutes from here with a pool that people from the neighborhood use. We have ample parking in a car park down the hill. We also park in the field close to the front door of the house. My listing says NOTHING about on site laundry. There is a laundromat nearby. When I messaged the guest during their stay, they did not respond. When I messaged the guest after their stay. They did not respond. My caretakers were not made aware of any complaints either. I am sitting in my house right now. My car is parked just outside the door in the field. I could have also parked in the car park.

In 2016 I traveled to Italy and fell in love with it. In 2018, i went back and began to wonder if US Citizens could own property there. I began gathering information and day dreaming. When the pandemic hit, I decided life is too short not to do this crazy thing that popped into my head. I went on a house hunting mission in Dec of 2022, found one in 5 days and put in a bid. A few months later and with my partner Bob on board....we did it!
I wanted the place to have enough room for us and my kids and grandkids, so I set it up to maximize space and comfortably sleep 8. I also enjoy cooking, so you will find the kitchen well equipped and likely to get even more equipped over time. I love my home in Italy and my neighbors, and i hope you will too!

When i chose this property to buy it was a cold and dreary Dec day. I thought if the views are this lovely during that visit, I couldn't imagine how amazing they would be in spring and summer. The hills overlook vineyards, sunflowers and even castles in the distance. Do a search of castles near this house and you will be amazed at how many there are!

I have a massage therapist and a hair stylist I can arrange for you upon request. I can also arrange cooking lessons.
