Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked.

Centrally located between SF and San Jose with easy access to all major freeways.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property. Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.



Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.



Exterior security cameras in place, please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation. Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.



Groups of visitors and party size visitors are not allowed.

Holiday in the Hills

We loved our stay in this lovely hillside home. There were many places to be for a family of 5 to play and relax without feeling crowded. We loved the terraced backyard and the city views from the living room. Perfect for us, we would stay here again.

Convenient place for local trips

We stayed for a few days with family. This location is in the center of Bay Area locations. Less than an hour away from locations such as Berkeley, SJ, Half Moon Bay etc. Plenty of grocery and food options within 15 minute drive.

Great property, great experience

The house is incredibly well appointed - we had everything we needed on the kitchen and furnishings were as described in posting. Great views of SF bay and city. Marbella Lane was a fabulous property manager with great communication. Check in and check out process easy! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Immaculate with the cleanliness.. We absolutely adorded the furnishings and we also looked them up on Pottery Barn and will be buying several items that were in the home. We will be booking this home again when we need to visit San Francisco again. The property management company was very hands on if we had any questions or concerns. Thank you Marbella Lane❤️

Nice, comfortable house. Needs more towel racks dish towels in Kitchen. Bathroom rug in front of sink.. knob on toaster missing. Luggage racks.

Great property!

Comfortable and clean home! Very easy for our kids to feel at home during our week away. Everything you could need is there, comfortable beds and location was great for us. Check in process had a hiccup-they wanted more ID verification day of check in which I provided as requested that morning but it didnt upload correctly on their end. We arrived and it took 30 minutes to get a hold of property management with our kids getting a little challenging in the driveway since they didnt communicate the issue ahead of time. Other than that, communication was great and the home was great. We will likely stay here again!

Beautiful property but disappointing response time

The first night was very disappointing because the heat was not working. The temperature in the house was 56 degrees when we arrived and it never increased all night. We contacted the property within an hour of arriving and didn't hear back from them until the following afternoon. We were in town for a graduation the following day so did not have time to call again to follow up in the morning. Thankfully the heat was fixed by 7pm the second day. The property was overall wonderful and clean and if it hadn't been for the ordeal the first night I would highly recommend this rental property. The yard was lovely and would be beautiful in the warmer months to sit outside or have an outdoor dinner.

House Wonderful--Horrible Check In Process

This is an awesome house that was impeccably clean. Beds very comfortable and happy with all aspects of home. Management company was terrible. AFTER we rented thru VRBO and paid IN FULL, the management company sent us an email requiring us to take a picture of my driver's license, a 'selfie' and a picture of my credit card and upload to them. I was very uncomfortable sending over the internet, but complied. Also in this email, was an 'agreement' requiring our signature stating we could not gain access till signed. In this agreement, it states we could not sue for any reason if anyone died in property, along with many other very one-sided rules. For this reason alone, I would not stay in this property again. We tried to call them, but only got a recording. I asked them to call me and they refused. To gain access to the property when we arrived, we had to call VRBO to intervene. I personally own a VRBO and would be embarrassed to ask this of my renters. VRBO does a great job screening renters and the management company was just to over the top. I was worried when we could not gain access after 4 pm while at the property that it was a hoax. Fortunately, it was not and we did stay.
