  • Spacious and close to the beach

"Stayed at 224 Woodrow over Christmas, 2016, December 22-26, with younger son and daughter, 6-year-old granddaughter, and my former wife and her partner. Found the place to be just right for a group this size. Best things about it: BIG kitchen with plenty of room for the 6 of us, plus my older son, daughter-in-law, and 6-year-old grandson, who live in Bonny Doon, to gather and eat together; the separate studio cottage where my daughter and granddaughter stayed; the two-minute walk to the beach for walks at sunset; the bikes for my daughter and granddaughter to ride. Very clean and well-furnished, especially the kitchen. Not cheap, but worth the cost for a larger family group. Close to Natural Bridges state park and other good outdoor places. Would definitely recommend the place to a group of 6"

  • Awesome Beach House Close to everything

"My family and I stayed at this house for Labor Day Weekend and I cant say enough good things about it. The house has an awesome layout, great kitchen, two balconies and also Ocean view from the loft. This place is great as its literally a 10 minute drive from the boardwalk and also close to Capitola. I would highly recommend this house ."

  • Clean and great communication with owner. Close to wharf!

"Our family of 8 stayed in this house for four nights. The house is clean and comfy! Great yard area in the back, and a short (5-10 min) walk to the wharf. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway which is good if/when surfers fill the street parking. The owner/manager was responsive to anything we needed. Although the house says it sleeps 10, bedrooms sleep 9 (perhaps someone could sleep on the living room couch). The only small problem is there is not enough furniture to seat 9 people in the living room - a drawback for families that want to hang out together in the evening (perhaps the owners could provide some folding chairs?). The kitchen was great! For prolific cookers, a few cooking appliances/utensils are missing (a blender, large serving spoons without slots, basic spices). Overall a very relaxing space and we would definitely rent it again!"
