All around excellent. Among the highlights:- Host and management company personable and very easy to communicate with- Large lanai- In-unit washer/dryer- Very cleanParking situation was good (covered garage under building), although a bit challenging to navigate in the dark. The AC could be a bit loud, but otherwise, great place and great visit!

Lovely condo with terrific balcony and great view. Just about everything you may need provided. Air conditioning not great, noisy and didn’t really make it to bedroom area although ceiling fans helped.Quite close to most areas.Would be happy to return.

Absolutely beautifully updated, spacious condo in the heart of Kona. Walking distance to many restaurants. Drive 30 minutes north or south to discover beautiful beaches (as well as Kona ones in town). We are more than please. All appliances brand new. soft bedding and towels. Just fantastic! Our son moved to Hilo and we will definitely rent this again to explore this side of the island.

We absolutely loved the condo!! Nicely updated and the reclining couches were one of the reasons why we chose this one. Easy walking distance to the town. Great lanai, comfortable bed and great dressing room/ closet. Air conditioning and ceiling fans were greatly appreciated. The condo had everything we needed...beach chairs, ice chest, umbrella,and pool and beach towels. Management company was very attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

We were here for our wedding and it was a great place to stay, clean and was exactly as pictured. It was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in Kona. Would stay here again and recommend!

Loved the location & the rental! A few nights were a little hot for us, but we’re used to central AC in Georgia. Condo was gorgeous & views were amazing! Loved having the washer & dryer in the unit since we were in Hawaii a total of 10 days (so we could wash clothes we wore on the 1st half of our trip).

Condo was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and large. Murphy bed was perfect for the kids and comfortable. Pool access was nice. Parking was covered with reserved spot. Short walking distance to the downtown "tourist" area. Check in/out was easy. Good communication from host. Would stay here again.
