Ducky's Delight (Formerly Pop's Place under New Management) is located in the Villas at Seacrest Beach conveniently between Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach on Scenic Hwy 30A. Enjoy a relaxing vacation getaway in this completely remodeled condo directly in front of the 12,000 sq ft resort style Lagoon Pool.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Sleeps 11

- Master Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Large Shower, Stand Alone soaking Tub and Dual Vanity
- Second Bedroom: Queen Bed with Ensuite bath with Large Shower
- Third Bedroom: 2 Queen Beds
- Hall Bathroom is not attached but close by with Large Shower
- Fourth Bedroom: Twin over Full Bunk perfect for the kiddos, with gaming console and board games for all ages.

There are two designated parking spaces, directly in front of the building, for (C-201). An elevator at the entrance provides for easy access and transporting your belongings upon arrival and then again at departure.

The Villas at Seacrest is an excellent location with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and family activities in Seacrest, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. Although all are only approximately 5 minutes away by foot, during the high season (March 1 – October 31) a Seacrest provided Tram runs from 9am-6pm, at no charge to guests, and will pick up/drop off at the condo/ Seacrest pool, beach access, and Seacrest Village. Pool hours are 9am - 10pm year-round.


BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Our best beach stay!

The location of this property was amazing! We aren’t huge beach people, but still love going to Florida for everything else it has to offer! Being able to overlook the pool from the balcony was a big hit for our teen and offered him a bit of freedom during our stay. We ended up having to contact the host for a minor issue, but they were quick to respond and offer any help we needed. Would love to stay here again!

Nice view

In the Rosemary/Seacrest area it’s hard to have an ocean view but this condo has the second best thing with a great view of a beautiful pool. Condo is great size, clean, and well appointed. Would stay again.

Location, location location!!

The property is just as described and photos are accurate. The location is excellent… short walk to the beach (they have a shuttle, but it’s a VERY short walk). Balcony overlooks the pool and has tons of comfy seating and ceiling fans. The inside is beautiful, practical and super clean. We had adults and teens, but this place would be great with littles too. Tons of great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping short walking distance away and Publix about 5 min drive. We highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back next summer!

BEST vacation rental we have ever had!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Despite a very busy week, our condo was quiet and peaceful. The private pool and beach access were wonderful and made our stay very easy. Our teens were had an amazing and safe vacation. We would stay here again.

Annual Girls Trip

Ducky’s Delight is a fabulous property. Close to beach, restaurants and shopping, park your car and walk to everything. The villas was very clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and conveniently located overlooking the pool. We will be back!

Truly a Delight!!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Newly renovated and super clean. The location was perfect for our daughter and her friends and was central to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!

Delightful Stay

We had a lovely stay at Ducky’s Delight. The location cannot be improved upon, located just a 5-10 minute walk in either direction to either Rosemary or Alys Beach, with ample ice cream, restaurants and shopping. Additionally, this apartment has a Birds Eye, 2 minute walk to the pool or easy 5 minute walk to the white sandy beach. The unit is very clean with a well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and great space with games for our four kids ages 14 to 7. Although the unit says it sleeps 11, they are counting 2 people sleeping on a bottom bunk bed on a full size mattress. The security team did a nice job enforcing quiet hours, starting at 10:00 pm. We had some loud singing neighbors and college aged neighbors who had drank too much soda pop , and they kept all crowds in check promptly at 10:00 pm. Heads up that the pool staff is very strict about kids wearing their own rubber bracelets AT ALL TIMES, which easily slip off younger ones. It is a 20 fee/lost bracelet to replace them. Big benefits to the house were ample bathrooms, washer/dryer, plenty of beach towels, parking space and proximity to all the fun. Opportunities for improvement: It would be nice if the property manager left enough dishwasher pods and trash bags for each day of your stay (4 bags and 4 pods were left for a 7 day stay). Including two golf umbrellas for rainy days would also be a nice touch. I would certainly recommend this property to friends! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
