There is a Mr. Coffee Maker 12-cup drip coffee maker at this home for you to enjoy your favorite brew.
This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Main renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 well behaved dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of non-refundable fee pet of $250 per pet. Utilities are included within reason. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee.
