  • Perfect Vacation Home!!

"We have rented several houses over the years down in the keys and this was by far the best! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and right on open water, easy access to Gulf and Atlantic. The front yard had plenty of room for our 30' boat trailer and several vehicles. The house is furnished and equipped with all the comforts of home. Kitchen has so many different size skillets and pots, even one big enough for our lobsters. The new furniture in living and dining room is gorgeous and so comfortable. The beds and linens were better than any upscale hotel. A closet was fully stocked with many towels, blankets and extra pillows. Another closet full of games and a bookcase full of movies. The owners have definitely gone out of their way to make sure the guests are comfortable and will enjoy their stay. We enjoyed having our coffee each morning sitting out on the dock and watching the fish all come to the underwater green light...a nurse shark was a regular visitor. The pool with the jets was simply amazing, we so enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. There are several kayaks and bikes, but we were out in the boat all day so never got to take advantage of those. We discovered picnic island which was basically right out in the much fun!! The best part about this rental had to be the owner, Fred. He was so accommodating and always available. He even called us to check and make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. I texted him to see where we should go fishing and he called me right away. Thank you Fred for ensuring our stay in your home was perfect. We look forward to returning next year. Debbie F."

  • Great Place

"We stayed for 8 days and brought our boat. The dock was in excellent shape and navigating the channels out to the ocean was easy. Great location to boat to many places. There was plenty of space to park the boat trailer after putting the boat in at the marina the next key over. The house was in good shape with extra towels, linens, etc. The freezer does not make ice but buying ice was inexpensive and if I would have remembered I would have bought ice trays at the Kmart where we stopped for more sunscreen as the freezer was very cold. The AC system worked great (critical for summer in Florida). WiFi and basic cable worked with no issues. Lots of room for family or friends. The washer and dryer were in the guest bath making laundry very convenient. We enjoyed the property very much. We would stay here again."

"Excellent property, very well equipped, with lots of activities for the entire family. Centrally located, yet far enough away to avoid congestion and not be isolated. All needs are supplied within a 5 mile radius, food, beverages, air fills, gas, bait and tackle."

  • Rick & Cindy Rowett

"Oh my where does the time go. We spent the months of February and March at One Particular Harbor. Another two great months. Whitney our property manager was helpful as always. We had a few cold night and windy days due to El Nino, but a lot of fishing was done. The boys had some great time fishing for barracuda, and caught some pretty big ones. Ours friends from Florida were here for a few days, the water was like glass and they had a great time fishing. Bet we see them again next year. Our daughter and her husband flew into Key West. They loved the airport and our first stop was lunch at Bo's Fish Shack (highly recommend this place), then to Duval Street for the Spice Store and the Candy Store (our son in law is a Executive Chef) love these two places. Once again the kayaks were on dry land. One of the years we will find time to try them. The wrap around porch was great for our weekly get together. The views once again over the marsh were beautiful. The Navy Blue Angels were practicing the end of March for their April show. We tried some new places to eat, The Square Grouper Upstairs and Downstairs, outstanding, Fish Restaurant also good and No Name Pub. We also got great fish at the Summerland Fish Market. Yes, and a FEW trips to the Wharf, Boondocks, Looe Key Tiki Bar and Springer's Bar and Grill for great Blue Grass Jam night. Met new neighbors and old neighbors, their names I forget but remember their dogs name. What else to say but a beautiful home, great and helpful owners, can not wait till January, going to try three months. Especially sad to leave when one of the locals hugged me and said see you next year."
