Booked online, Booking provides good info, lacking specific address AND failed to identify in description key code info. Following difficult to find 1 hour, contacted rental party for key code, no response. waited 0ne hour at 11pm, no response, next day, owner send e mail, will not send code via e mail, then, bookings send email from renter day late of key code. POOR customer service, I wonder if this was a scam property as OWNER should provide key code IMMEDIATLY upon confirm booking. DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION, appealed CC Charge for refund!
