New furniture, Remodelled Kitchen, Central A/C, Fast wifi, 75" TV. Amazing patio equipped with BBQ, dining and lounging furniture. Huge heated pool that make the experience that much better! Located 8 minutes from multiple parks and beaches & 5 minutes away Aventura mall (Great shopping and dinning).

This was a great house! Myself and 5 co-workers were in Miami for a month-long work trip. The house was convenient to Aventura and our work location (Hard Rock Stadium). The host was especially attentive when we had questions and needs. Had everything we need and more. Thank you so much!

We had a party of ten. Everyone was so happy with the house! Pool table was a total hit for all. The pool was warm and ready for us upon arrival. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. The host communicated throughout booking and during the stay. The host was available during the whole stay for any questions that may have arose. The home is right off the interstate, easy to get to all attractions. It took us less than 11 minutes to get to the beach! Air conditioner was on and cooled upon arrival! Great house, you won’t regret booking it! Can’t forget the outdoor gathering areas and basketball court too

AWESOME STAY!

This is a very spacious house. I was very thankful for the cleanliness of the home, and the availability of everyday items (towels, washcloths, blankets, etc). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities are a plus for friends and family to enjoy the time at the home. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances and utensils, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the heated pool and basketball court. The host is extremely responsive although I didn’t have to contact her much. I’m looking forward to booking this home again in the future.
