Luxury Beachwalk Villa

A beautiful two-story house, in the heart of Hollywood (sleeps 10 adults plus 2 kids). Walk to the Beach. Two blocks to famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk.

Five bedrooms; having a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a king sized bed in the second bedroom, a two queens in the third bedroom, two queens in the fourth bedroom, and two queen beds in the fifth bedroom. Also, central A/C, WI-FI, cable TV, washer & dryer for convenience. The backyard is nice and spacious with a pool, featuring sitting area and a grill.

A 5 minute to Young circle Arts Park in downtown Hollywood, where great restaurants, nightlife and weekly activities like movies, concerts, and food trucks for the whole family take place.
A 15-minute drive from Port Everglades & Ft. Lauderdale Airport, and a 30-minute drive from Miami International Airport or Port of Miami. Short walk to Hollywood boardwalk with nice beachfront restaurants, live music, and a newly constructed Margaritaville resort. Roughly twelve minutes drive from this home is a Gulfstream Park that has horse racing, a casino, bowling, dining, and shopping - perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Right in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Nothing beats this great location in the core of the scenic city of Hollywood.

Great Beach Stay

We had such a great time at our stay. Plenty of space for everyone and the house is in a fantastic, quiet location. Less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach, and the pool was amazing to have. Host was very responsive with any questions we had and we would definitely recommend & stay again!

Great place. We had two families with total of 9 and everyone enjoyed the spaciousness. AC works well but 2-3 of the rooms get really warm while another rooms are really cold and nice. That would be my only complaint.

Easy, breezy Florida house

We only stayed one night before a cruise, but our kids were sad to leave! Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Great layout with 2 large beds in most of the rooms. Great kitchen! Great pool! Thank you!

Great house for our family of 7

The best part of this house was that each couple could have their own bathroom and the nice private pool! There were pool toys, beach towels and a great bag g TV.

Weekend getaway

The house is amazing. It looks as great as the pictures listed on the website. We were all happily pleased with our stay. Communication was excellent, very fast and efficient. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and was very quiet. We had a great time, wish the weather would have been better so we could have used the pool, but hopefully next time we come back to town.

Amazing Property! Highly Recommend!

This was an amazing property that was spacious, immaculate, well appointed, exceptionally comfortable, quiet and peaceful with an open casual luxury feel. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and charming and you can walk to the beach and the main circle where there is a Publix, bank, Walgreens, and restaurants. The owner was easy to communicate with and response was immediate.

I stayed at Valeria's home for my 40th birthday celebration. There were enough rooms and beds to accommodate my group of 7 friends and family. It was spacious and everyone enjoyed the stay! Great place to stay!

Overall it was a beautiful and spacious house! We had some very minor problems but the host was able to answer our questions quickly! Check in was very easy and we felt comfortable in the house. The shower head in the main bathroom pressure was low but the bottom floor’s bathroom shower was perfect. We would stay here again for sure!

Great stay with just a few recommendations.

Our family stayed here for a week after my son's wedding that was in Fort Lauderdale. The House is very nice and the location was great for us to walk to the beach. We all loved the pool yard. It was very quite and private. The house had all the appliances needed for kitchen convenience. There are a few things that would make a stay even better. There are beautiful balconies for the upstairs bedrooms but there were only two chairs for all three of them. Also, there was some temperature control problems in the house. It would seem very warm and then cold during the night with the thermostat set at 72. There are no ceiling fans to help circulate air. Also there should be mirrors/dresser in all the bedrooms , so that you can get ready without having to use the bathrooms . The house could also benefit from more area rugs to deaden sound because you could hear everything upstairs when you were downstairs.

Lambert’s Visit Hollywood

The outdoor space was perfect for Morning coffee, pool playing, evening snacks and drinks. This was our 11th annual family gathering before Christmas. There were 8 adults and 4 children (4, 1 & 2 six months old). House was ideal for naps and sleeping arrangements. Location was within a mile to the boardwalk and beach. We had an amazing time. Great house and location

Our group loved the house. It was a modern one, everything updated, location was great, close to the beach-walking distance that was important for us. The pool was awesome and the kids had fun there after the beach.The owners were nice, responding quick. Can't wait to return there.
