Summary:
This is a unique rental, which combines the convenience of vacation rentals with event spaces to enjoy. Like a hotel suite but with a large yard, you will have plentiful areas to enjoy for your stay.

12 bedrooms at our resort with a central meeting space that is a historic church from 1909 designed by innovation and renowned architect IRVING GILL. He created this masterpiece that we renovated and now call " The SANCTUARY". All bedrooms are within the same property, known as Good Life Vacation Rental Resort.

EVENTS: Are you thinking about hosting an event? You found the right place! Our resort, Good Life Vacation Rental Resort, allows you to upgrade your vacation rental and host events for up to 250 guests. Additional waiver and payment are required; ask us and we will let you know what is available during your dates.

UPGRADES: Early arrival, late checkout, events with outside guests and pet-friendly options available.

LEGAL HOTEL: We ask that you please upload your ID via our welcome software to unlock wifi, entry codes, and parking details. As a legal hotel, this is a California requirement.

The Neighborhood:
Very close to downtown (~$8-15 Uber), our vacation rental is located in a commercial neighborhood. Our 40,000 square foot resort includes 10 vacation rentals and no direct neighbors. This will allow you to host your friends and have a great time. This is a low income neighborhood, with our property located on a primary road with address: 3209 Market Street, San Diego, CA 92102.

Getting Around:
8 minute Uber downtown
12 minute Uber to airport or Coronado
15-20 minute Uber to Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach

Beach Lobby is a shared space for all resort guests to enjoy. As private events may occur, please review our event schedule or make a reservation for your group in one of our 4 event spaces.

Neighborhood is mostly commercial with a few residential homes on the street.

If you have questions, please ask before making a reservation. We have a variety of layouts and rentals and want to ensure you select the perfect rental for your group.

IDENTIFICATION: Please note that as a legal hotel, we are required to confirm your identification. The easiest way is for you to upload a copy of your ID into our welcome software. This link will be provided to you and when completed, it will unlock the wifi, entry code, parking details.

Interaction with Guests:
Good Life Resorts offers privacy to your group and customer service as needed. We have a large network of contractors and service professionals available during your stay for repairs and requests. Although each rental on site is private, there may be some contact with other guests staying at the resort, no more than a standard hotel, and each rental has a private code unique to their listing.
