Newly constructed home is centrally located in the Village of Richmond, less than 1 mile away from the Brownwood Paddock Square. Home is fully furnished with new furniture and amenities. Location is one and a half blocks from the Clarendon Recreation Center with a family pool and minutes from Brownwood by golfcart or car. Relax with the water view from the lanai and enjoy the dedicated trails for walkers, joggers and bikes only, as well as many for golf carts too, including the bridge to Brownwood. Fabulous kitchen with large island and plenty of seating in the TV area.

The house is great, exactly as described and honestly the open space is wonderful in the house. It is much bigger than the picture appear. The golf cart is a nice bonus and in good condition. The location is wondeful to Brownwood. Highly recommend this house.

Great house and location

The house itself was wonderful and great space. It is honestly much larger than it appears in pictures! We loved the screened in area to sit outside and watch tv and night and also watch the wildlife and animals in the pond out back. It was nice to not have any neighbors that you saw when you sat out back. The location is wonderful for access to Clarendon recreation pool and center as well as driving to the square which is a quick golf cart ride away. I would highly recommend this property!

Week in the Villages

Very enjoyable week. The location is outstanding and the house was well furnished. The early morning walks were very pleasant with the nearby trails. Will definitely plan on staying in this home again.

Wonderful!!!!

The location of this new and beautifully appointed home is perfect. It’s minutes from Brownwood Paddock Square and almost anything else you may need. The lanai is so comfy and relaxing with an amazing view to enjoy the local wildlife. The kitchen is well stocked as are the bathrooms and linen closets. The owners were great and on top of everything. As the saying goes, if you are lucky enough to stay here, you are lucky enough.

Beautiful property

Site is close to amenities, and has the balance of a cleanly modern house with a backyard/pond that has a lot of nature. We spent a lot of time on the lanai. Thank you Mr. Valenti.

Great place and relaxing patio with water view

The home was very clean. Had a lanai that faced the water view and watched birds and a small alligator. Golf cart available for use. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and flatware. Large screen TV with many streaming choices. We used Prime Video and Netflix. Close to Brownwood and Fenney Grill. Beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and closet storage ample. Wifi was great and never down. Garage great for parking our car. Very quiet neighborhood. We had no issues our entire stay. Would definitely return. Thanks Joe for allowing us to stay at your great house!

Beautiful Home in a wonderful area

We all immediately loved the home as we walked into the place. The spacious and clean rooms were a sight for sore eyes! The house had everything that we needed and plenty of room. The nights were cool, so we sat out on the lani by the gas fire pit. The pickleball courts were within walking distance and was the pool right next to them. We were a stone's throw away from Brownwood Square which was awesome! and right next to that was a Publix grocery store. We had a wonderful week. Although it does take some planning to be able to get on the golf courses. If that is your main reason for coming you will need to have that arraigned before you get here. The Villages is a clean and fun community with plenty of activities and clubs that anyone would be able to find their niche here.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home! It's brand new construction and everything is pristine. The rooms are large and the furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The house is well-appointed and includes everything needed for an enjoyable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen.The owners were incredibly helpful and responsive. We loved our time there and hope to have another stay soon. Highly, highly recommend!

Fun and beautiful

Our family loved their visit to The Villages and this beautiful home. The home layout is very family friendly and the host Joseph was very helpful throughout our stay. The home had everything needed for a wonderful stay and is very beautiful.

Excellent New Home Perfect In Every Way

Amazing brand new home that the owners have covered every detail to insure your vacation is perfect. Tastefully decorated with a perfect location close to everything the Villages have to offer. We rented Electric Bikes in Brownwood Market that gave us the ability to explore many different areas in the Villages. Wonderful vacation and would highly recommend choosing this beautiful new home. The owners made the entire rental process very easy.

Brand new lovely home

Fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean, nice area, very comfortable beds with very soft sheets. And brand new! Furniture was wonderful even had a barbecue if you wanted to use it. Owners were wonderful. Reason for 4 Star’s on “ accuracy of listing”. Was VRBO‘s fault not the owners. The original listing said it was north of Lake Deaton

There is nothing not to like about this property or the Villages! So much to do, so clean and lots of fun to be had. This home is perfect with beautiful furnishings, any kitchen item you could want, and cozy beds. Joseph was very communicative; didn't have a single issue!

Perfect

My son and his teammate had a Bassmaster fishing tournament on the Harris Chain lakes so we needed a place close and convenient to the launch ramp and also needed a garage large enough to fit our bass boat. This gated community was perfect for this trip. New and up to date amenities and comfort for us all. If I knew the date of next year's tournament I'd already be booking it again. Hopefully it's available when i know. Communication was perfect as well!!
