Affordable luxury, modern spacious home. Our bedrooms are themed after the town squares!
Walk to the golf course/restaurant or rec center. Close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

We do not skimp on amenities. Our home is stocked with things you didn't even know you needed.

Comfy beds, lots of seating in & out

Open concept, tons of seating in and out, fully loaded kitchen, we're 5 minutes to Lake Sumter and you can walk to golf.

This is a retirement community, we strive to host guests looking of a quiet, comfy, safe home providing a memorable experience with the ability to connect with one another, family & friends.

We are super strict on restricting parties.

We heat the pool to 83-ish Nov-May only. If you want the pool warmer, we charge $45 per day

Hot tub and pool are controlled remotely or by an app that gusts can download. The hot tub & pool are connected/all in one. when you're ready to use the spa, you'll need to turn it on 15/20 min before using,

Yes, there are cameras — no, they’re not watching you dance. We use outdoor Ring cameras at the front door, yard, and pool area only. Zero cameras inside the home. They’re there for safety, not for judging cannonballs:)

We had an amazing stay at this Vrbo in The Villages this past week! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described—if not better.The home was beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed (and then some). The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was while still being close to everything.The location couldn’t have been better, easy access to town squares, restaurants, golf courses, and all the fun The Villages has to offer. It made getting around so convenient.The host was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to check-out.We truly felt at home here and didn’t want to leave. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in The Villages!
