Tranquil lakefront property situated on the perfect swimming cove! Come relax with your family & friends at this updated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house. Enjoy the serenity of this large property situated on nearly 3/4 of an acre. Take in the stunning lake views while allowing children to play safely behind fencing that encloses the shoreline. Going swimming directly off the swim dock is a must, especially with our fun water toys. *Water Toys (slide, trampoline, blob, log) Are seasonal and are typically available May- September weather permitting*

Comanche Cove boasts one of the largest No-Wake coves on Lake Granbury yet is right by the main channel. For the boating enthusiast, there is a boat launch only seconds from the property. Enjoy the lake with our paddleboard or tandem kayak (provided). Too cold to swim? Take in the views while soaking in the hot tub! The detached garage is equipped with a workout room that includes dumbbells and a peloton. We had the best time at Comanche Cove. It is in the perfect quiet part of the lake. Our kids spent hours outside on the trampoline/slide and other water equipment. The house was well-stocked and met all our expectations. The owner was responsive and even fixed a little maintenance hiccup quickly and efficiently. We can't wait to come back!

Fabulous Family Retreat

This property was absolutely perfect for our little spring break getaway. It was very kid friendly! We had everything we needed. The views of the lake were gorgeous. The yard is huge and everything is well laid out. We would love to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the lake!

Perfect race weekend team home

We were in town for a 24 hour endurance race. The serenity of the house on the lake and the hot tub were perfect for pre and post race relaxation. Molly was super responsive and everything was taken care of. Will absolutely stay here for future trips to the area.

Everything was perfect! Our family of 8 loved everything about our stay- the lake water toys, the hot tub were awesome. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all of our meals. (Even had my favorite cast iron skillet). Communication was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Great Stay at the Lake

The Comanche Cove Cottage was a great place to enjoy a long weekend at the lake. The hosts thought through many of the details of a stay at the lake. The setup considers children's safety, which was an important consideration. Restaurants are close by in Granbury. Fort Worth is an easy drive. We came all the way from Georgia and would return!

Girl’s Trip!

We rented this house for the wine walk and a girl’s weekend in Granbury. The space was perfect for us and the listing was very accurate to describe the property. It was easy to find and had a beautiful yard. We loved the hot tub and the lights on the dock. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy. We’d love to be back this summer when we could get in the lake.

Great hideaway on Lake Granbury

Fantastic property well stocked with lake toys for kids of all ages. Plenty of parking and multiple docks to enjoy the lake. Protected cove is great for hanging out, fishing, or docking a boat. Short distance to the Marina for gas at Stumpy's Grill. Neighborhood boat ramp is just a couple blocks away or put in at the public ramp at the Brazos River Authority Park a couple miles away. Great property and would stay again.

One of A Kind

This property is perfect for families with children. Spacious bunk room for kiddos and an oh so fun water trampoline! Decor is tasteful and beds are super comfy! We rented for a family reunion and we’ll definitely rent it again next year. I can’t say enough about Molly’s expert communication and kindness in all aspects. Great host!

Comfortably breathtaking!!!

From the moment we arrived we were wowed by the beautiful views all around. Big trees lake and the beautiful house with plenty of room to run and play. From sound machine extra blankets to yeti cups they had it all. Work out room and the summer equipment room was mind-blowing. We celebrated a birthday there and there was enough room for 3 different familys and several children. Molly is very attentive and quick to respond. Cant say enough. Loved it.
