This cozy house will serve as the ultimate family getaway that can accommodate both adults and children. It is centrally located to countless attractions, has a pool, hot tub, and ski rack. Perfect home to visit during all Utah seasons. Plenty of room for those large gatherings, over 3000 square ft of room to socialize.

There is only parking for up to 7 vehicles on the property. There is absolutely no parking on the street. Additional parking is available at Walmart down the street. There is a church parking lot that is an 8-minute walk from the home if additional parking is needed.

A rental contract is required to be signed upon reservation.

Events or gatherings must be discussed with the owner before booking. No gatherings over 20 individuals.

Pool is closed until April.

**We do have a security camera above the garage to monitor parking regulations and incoming guests. This is the only camera.**

Perfect summer get-away

From beginning to end the communication was top notch with property manager Aleysha. The house was clean, very well kept, very easy to spread out with our 11 family members, all of different ages from 2-64 and everything in between. Awesome pool and hot tub. Great living area and kitchen. It was a bonus to have a walk out to basement.

Summer SLC stay

Great location. Easy to get to hiking areas, food, downtown SLC, and the sights. Very hot in SLC in July, the pool was fantastic, as well as the hot tub. Spacious and clean, very pleasant owner and manager. Don't worry that its close to neighbors, they are all kind people. All amenities are labeled, organized etc. They had everything we needed. The home was perfect for our adult family of 5.

Very happy

The best review question is whether we would stay again, and the answer is yes. In particular, Alicia (the property manager) was a delight to work with--the best with whom I have very worked and we use Vrbo often. We left a few items behind (a coat for one) so we called her. She said she would be happy to help, and went to the house that day, called us back that she found them, took them to the the post office and mailed them to us. Phenomenal. There were a couple of small items--the coffee pot was old and didn't work well, etc.and she said they would be replaced. I believe her.
