There is an ocean view from the kitchen window. This location is the best of both worlds -- at the quiet end of the boardwalk and within a tramcar ride of all boardwalk attractions and amusement piers to the north.

The unit is on (second) floor of the complex. Unit is central-air conditioned and heated.

The unit has 1 bedroom with 2 double beds and is comfortably set up for four. Please provide your own sheets, towels, and linens (beds, beach, bath, and kitchen).

The bedroom has two full-size beds, a spacious bureau and nightstand, color TV and one small closet for hanging items. The complex has a sunning deck, umbrella table and chair sets, tasteful landscaping, coin-op washer and dryer, outside shower for use when returning from the beach. The unit has two chairs and a small table on the balcony. Also included are YouTube TV, WiFi, and ceiling fans.
