There are train tracks behind the house but the train does not wake you up and is not loud.Very easy to communicate with the owner and it is a nice, clean house and it is in a great location!

This home was very nice. The decor was cute and it suited our needs very well. Really nice area and close to restaurants, grocery stores and only about 10-15 minutes from downtown. Our host was also very nice and accommodating.

Jasmine’s place was great! Walking distance to a ton of shops, restaurants and bars. We felt very safe. The house is right near the train tracks but it didn’t bother us at all. Jasmine was very accommodating to us! Hopefully will be back again!

I had a good day. I just didn’t like the railroad next to the house. Other than that I loved it. It was real nice and set up nice y’all would love it there and it’s not in a bad area and she had everything you wouldn’t have to even go out the house Unless you want some liquor or something. I enjoyed her house y’all should book it.

Great host, very clean, street parking okay. Second bedroom very cramped with 2 queen beds hard to walk around to second bed or use other closet. There are trains that run right by the house day/night. The train parks right across from the house blows horn and when it starts back up makes a loud bang noise. We originally rented the house across the street, but host asked if we would switch houses a couple of days before we left for our trip. The person that was in the house we had rented wanted to stay a couple extra days. The house I rented originally had off street parking and it was not next to other houses. We did enjoy our stay, but the train situation should be disclosed prior to booking.

Cute house, well equipped for 4 adults. The layout was perfect for privacy for each couple. Street was quiet, with empty lots nearby. Street lighting was good. Train tracks are behind the property, and surprisingly quiet. Really close by to food and resources.

Overall, great stay, clean room, and COLD air which was important to us since the temps were in the mid 90s. I love the location with respect to closeness to restaurants and shops in Cooper Young, Central, and Overton Square. Just to note, this house is literally feet from a busy RR track. It gets LOUD especially at night.

Cute place nice mattress great to have 2 full bathrooms. However there were a terrible amount of wormlike crunchy bugs throughout the place. One day my husband killed 20 and my son and I also killed several. Manager said she would call the bug guy today to get that taken care of so you might want to inquire. Also a train right behind us but surprisingly not terribly noisy. If not for the bugs it would have been a 4 star.

Im so sorry for the yard it had rained on and off for 3 weeks. My yard guy couldn't make it. He was able to it yalls second day there. Rest assured future i upkeep my yard every 2 weeks . I look forward to having you again

The photo was not the home we stayed in because the front of the house had no curb appeal. Between the weeds and overgrown bushes it was not maintained. The house was picked up, wiped down with the exception of the dust. Hospitality, was slim. We've traveled a lot, stayed at vrbo's and travel all day to get there. Check-in, get something to eat, and that's the night. It's nice for the hostess to show a sign of gratitude with some small breakfast items in a fruit bowl with hardy fruit. There were no instructions on contact information, check-out or a guest book. The train tracks being behind the house is an understatement. The trains shook the house. A stay we'll never forget!! Extra towels, I don't understand why rentals are so stingy on extra towels.The decor was cool though! We rented it for a college campus tour for U of Memphis. It served its purpose.

Hi Peter hope your doing well. Im pretty disappointed in your review and the lies. The house you booked is the house you stayed in. It has rained on and off for 3 weeks straight so unfortunately my yard guy couldn't make it i do apologize. The yard is maintained every 2 weeks. I do my very best to always have guest have a 5 star stay im sorry you felt it fell short I wish you would have communicated your issues. You never asked for extra towels or I would have provided some . To future guest im always here for any questions. Have a blessed day thank you for staying
