We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! The building is safe and quite nice. Plenty of towels, beds are nice, kitchen has the necessities. Love the Keurig and coffee pods were provided. It has garage parking for a fee. We walked to T Mobile Center for a concert, which was very convenient. Host was very responsive to some issues we had with the keycards for the parking garage. We had some issues with using the tv, but may have been a user error. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

Perfect stay

Great location! Used the free StreetCar many times to go to many of the great attractions and restaurants. Unit is as pictured. Very clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The host responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Place was great, building amenities were a nice addition. Advice, follow directions at arrival. Main entrance is on tenth street. Use the tram, free and easy way to experience KC

Stay in Kansas City

The most complex check in of any place I’ve ever stayed. Very hard to get in and out of the building. Garage was a complex escape room with completely locked gaits with no pedestrian access from the street. Most uncomfortable beds ever. We rotated on the couch because everyone was so uncomfortable. No extra blankets or pillows. Apartment is nice and clean but the beds, lack of bedding, and access I would not recommend.

Hidden charges, uncomfortable beds and not accommodating

The beds were uncomfortable with noticeable lumps and overly soft, which affected the quality of sleep. The communication with the contact person for the stay was disappointing as they were not accommodating and had undisclosed fees. It was frustrating to discover a hidden parking fee that had to be paid before check-in, and the lack of flexibility in extending parking time added to the inconvenience.

Quirks

Great location! We enjoyed having easy access to the streetcar! The apartment was clean and well maintained. It fit the five of us easily. The only problems (quirks) we had were struggling with getting the door opened, using the right elevators (some had service to our floor and others did not), and confusion with getting out on the right floor for the parking garage. On the weekend the side of the garage that we came in on was closed and we had to figure out how to use the other side. Directions were provided by host but some unforeseen changes in construction/garage closing made them not easily followed. Would we stay again? Yes! Now that we know all the little quirks with getting in and out!

As I shared with the host there is a sewer smell in the apartment. When I shared the issue I expected someone to be sent to do an inspection of the space. Instead on the final day of our stay I was asked to look for air fresheners in the space to help control the smell. Truly disappointed with the stay.
