Smoky Hill Ranch is a one-of-a-kind destination that offers the perfect combination of luxury and nature. Located just 45 minutes from Fort Worth, we are an easily accessible destination for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The ranch offers a wide range of amenities and activities that cater to all interests and ages. Whether you're looking to spend quality time with family and friends or host a special event, Smoky Hill Ranch is the ideal destination.

THE RANCH HOUSE: (Sleeps 13)
The main ranch house is a modern open living concept and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with a wrap around front porch with comfortable seating and games overlooking the pond.

Kitchen: One of favorite spaces at Smoky Hill Ranch is the kitchen! The kitchen is open to the living area so large groups can enjoy being together. We spent a lot of time thinking about how to make this a comfortable and inviting space for our guests. We offer all the cooking wares and utensils you could need to prepare and serve a delicious meal for all of your guests: pots & pans, dinner service for 19​ guests (plates, bowls, silverware, and kitchen basics).


Living Area: The living area of the main ranch house is the perfect place for families and friends to relax and unwind. While cozying up on the sofa, you have the most amazing views of the wood burning fireplace and wrap around front porch that look out onto the pond. You can pull out a board game or turn your attention to the large 75 inch Smart TV with Youtube TV provided, or login to your own streaming services and pick up right where you left off on your favorite shows.

Bedroom 1- The downstairs primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, office nook with wireless printer, large walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.

Bedroom 2- The downstairs second bedroom offers a queen size bed, direct access to the wrap around porch, and a full en suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3- The second upstairs bedroom offers two queen beds, flat screen TV, and a twin bed looking out towards the pond.

Bedroom 4- The upstairs family room offers a queen bed, two twin beds, flat screen TV, and a Nintendo Switch for guests entertainment.


THE BUNK HOUSE: (Sleeps 6)
The bunk house offers two sets of bunk beds(full size bed on the bottoms and twin on top), kitchenette with full size refrigerator, 65 inch TV with streaming services and Youtube TV provided, beverage bar, washer/dryer, en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, and views looking out to the pond of Smoky Hill Ranch.

OUTDOORS:
The outdoor area of Smoky Hill Ranch is our favorite part for many reasons! Smoky Hill Ranch offers access to full size sport court with in ground adjustable basketball hoops, two separate fire pits to gather around, 24x36 covered pavilion, outdoor games including corn hole, oversized jenga, four across, a stocked pond for fishing, and outdoor dining tables. In the evenings or early morning you can sit outside and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing views of wildlife, take a hike or bike though miles of trails at the Acton Nature Center located less than a mile away (.5 miles).

EVENTS:
ALL EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE HOST BEFORE BOOKING. We're very willing to accommodate events or other requests such as fundraisers, baby showers, gender reveals, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, etc.
All events will be priced in addition to the nightly rate. Please reach out to the host for additional information on hosting events at Smoky Hill Ranch. The maximum number of guests allowed at the house is 19 unless otherwise approved. AROUND SMOKY HILL:
. A mile down the road, you'll find Acton Nature Center where you can take a hike or bike through miles of trails. We are very close to all the attractions that Granbury has to offer as well, only .9 miles from Revolver Brewing with events every Saturday, 5 miles from public boat ramps to play on Lake Granbury, 8 miles from Historic Granbury Square with dining/shopping/wineries, and 1 mile from FCS Paintball. Don't worry, you'll have a digital guidebook with all the details at your fingertips when you stay with us. We'll make sure of that so you won't miss out on anything Granbury has to offer!

CLEANLINESS:
We employ a local, high-level, professional cleaning team who understands the cleanliness standards we have set for our property. Together, we make certain our guests are able to settle in and feel confident in a sparkling clean home away from home.

PARKING:
There is two long gravel driveways leading both to The Ranch House and The Bunk House. You can park anywhere on both driveways, under the covered pavilion/carport, or for excess/overflow parking you may park on the acreage to the West of the property. NO STREET PARKING.


SECURITY SYSTEM:
We utilize a Ring doorbell and Ring Security Cameras for the safety of guests and Smoky Hill Ranch. The cameras are located on the outside corners of both homes and they will not be monitored, aside from check-in, during your stay unless an issue arises. Covering or disabling either of these devices, in any way, is strictly prohibited and will result in being removed from the property without a refund.
