The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, a dining area, half bath, and a living room with a fold out queen bed. The large screened lanai has room for entertaining. This unit is family friendly: we provide a pack and play, high chair, inflatable toddler bed, and other items to make all members of your family feel at home.

While the townhome is located in the quiet and peaceful setting of Deep Creek, you are only minutes away from I-75, Walmart, Publix, restaurants, shops and hospitals. The Punta Gorda airport is 15 minutes away, Ft. Myers and Sarasota airports less than an hour. Also less than an hour away are a wide variety of attractions: beautiful beaches like Boca Grande and Siesta Key, historic Florida towns and landmarks, shopping and entertainment venues, state parks and nature preserves, and countless opportunities to birdwatch, fish, bicycle, kayak or canoe.

This townhome has a minimum 30 day rental per HOA rules, but please contact us if you are planning for a shorter or longer stay.
