I had a little problem to get the key, the lock was rusty and old, I was task with few things that should will be included with the cleaning fees. Also mentioned if I dont do it, he will give me a bad rate, feels like a threht . Place was clean, but for that price, could get an hotel room. Place was close to the intuim gym, but not 5 min close as the person informed and was the main reason I choose the place.this is what he mentioned :10AM CHECKOUT Greetings! Prior to checking out we need your help with 8 things. Your successful completion of these things will determine whether or not you receive a 5 rating from me after you checkout, which essentially hinges on you leaving the house as you found it upon checkin. Rusted master lock, had to struggle for at least 5-7 mins outside just to find out I was given the wrong code. clean area, nothing was out of the ordinary when it came to the pictures and how it was in real life. Loud neighbors and surrounding buildings especially on weekends, so loud I left a night earlier than expected. Don’t know how close our room was to any one but I can hear someone’s tv from our bedroom.
