Follow up the coffee on your patio with a leisurely breakfast inside, where you’ll find traditional adobe charm like viga ceilings, Saltillo tile floors, and kivas in the living room, home office, and primary bedroom. The spacious, full kitchen flows right into the dining and living areas, making it easy to spend time with friends and family. Grab a book or a board game from the library in the home office and get cozy in front of the kiva for a quiet night. This is a great space for remote workers and students who need some peace and quiet to finish those last-minute projects. More entertainment options include two streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player for family movie nights, and free WiFi.

Keep dinner prep simple on the gas grill, and enjoy sundown cocktails on the patio while it cooks. The night ends in any of four well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary bedroom with a private patio and en suite bath. This home is only accessible by 4WD during the winter months.

Cooking supplies and condiments are provided, including mustard, mayonnaise ketchup, salt, and pepper, olive oil, and other main essential spices.
4WD is REQUIRED to access the home there are dangerous conditions during snow and ice.
There is no air conditioning at this home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
