Esta espaciosa casa se encuentra en la base de Clearbrook acabo a través del valle de Loon Mountain. Con cinco dormitorios y tres baños este adosado de cinco niveles ofrece un montón de espacio para relajarse y descansar.

Ingrese a un vestíbulo y en la planta alta de la cocina principal, comedor y sala de estar. Kitchen doors were loose. The couch need cleaning. Dish towels were terrible. We organized cabinets a little. Hot water very limited. More trash bags at least one bag a day. Mattresses need replacement. Accommodating to a large group bunk room should change beds to more accommodating.

Only complaint would be horrible mildew smell in the lower level...almost made it unliveable. Pool was a distant walk, further than we were lead to believe.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had a mold smell.Mold on refrigerator gasket, the vents on AC were dirty or molded. Fans covered in dirt. Mattress need replacing. We didn't stay the last night because of the mattresses. Did responded to AC stopped work and they sent right away and he also cleaned the AC. Stated Mold smell is basement problem. We stayed in another unit and there was no mold spell in the basement. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the triple bunk bed room, but one mattress had not sheets or blankets. Great location.

Small Annoyances but Quick Responses!

The place was fine overall, but there were several things that either didn't work or were difficult to navigate. For instance, the cupboard doors were loose and the hinges were not connected on some, the garbage disposal leaked which we didn't realize until the bowl put under the leak overflowed, the can opener was non-functional, the shower on the lower level was difficult to turn on, and many of the glasses were not clean when we got there. But the property management was very fast to act when we notified them of any issues that we had. The maintenance man brought a new garbage disposal within 20 minutes of our call to the office and he was very courteous and asked us if he was going to be in the way while he fixed the unit. When I had trouble with not receiving the email with the lockbox code, I was forwarded the information within minutes. The courteousness and quick response of the property management staff far outweighed any small annoyances we had with our stay!

Nice place for vacation

Nice property close to attractions and wonderful indoor pool/jacuzzi. House is comfortable and has several beds. Only the kitchen cabinets (doors) needs maintenance. The shower in the basement doesn’t work. Overall is really good and we were satisfied.

Dining room window missing screen, kitchen cabinets not in great shape, stove seemed old, carpet runner curled up on edges and safety hazard, many beds had hair in pillowcases, sheets. Overall liked the unit but needs some attention.

Awesome place at Loon Mountain

This place has everything you need. We stayed with family 12 people and we had beds for everyone and extras. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker which great. Seating on the island for everyone and a table for 10. 3 levels with a bathroom in each level extra living room and tvs everywhere. Location is good. The only minor thing you have to get in the car to go the the pools. Overall, great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, needs updating and cleaning.

We had a fun time in Lincoln during the break. The 5 bedrooms were enough to accommodate our families...skiing at Loon is always good, although crowded during school vacation week. Location was great, but the unit was very dated and it doesnt seem like there was much effort in keeping the place clean, repaired or up to date. Kitchen cabinets were from the 80s and many of the doors were falling off the hinges. The rugs did not look like there were cleaned in 30 years. There were holes in the walls, cracked flooring, and drafty windows. All in all, the place was adequate.....location was great.....would not be our first choice when we come back next year.

First time renting this townhouse and it was awful. The fridge in the kitchen was broken so had to go down a level every time we needed something or to put something away to another fridge. Two of the kitchen cabinets were coming off the hinges. There were holes in the walls and holes in the doors. The area rugs were filthy looking. The pillowcases in the twin room had food still on them. There was food still in the cracks of the couches and dirty tissues. The basement bathroom the mirror is falling off the wall. The shower liner was black all on the bottom of it. It looked like there was mold on the walls and in the pictures in the downstairs bathroom. This place is not fit to be rented out.

The shuttle bus picks you up almost in front of the house to go to Loon Mountain, but only on the weekends. They come everyone 10 mins. We all had a nice time at the house. Loon Reservations was a great at responding yo my questions right away too. We will definitely book here again!

Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to accommodate 5 teenagers and could not have asked for a better set up!The basement floor having its own kitchen, living room area was a bonus.House was great.Few recommendations would be seating on the deck and outside stoop area.It turned out bit hotter than normal for mountains do the air conditioning could have been a bit better or more fans in the other rooms.But kids already asking when go back😊Reservations so easy.Woman at reservations very helpful.The pool next door also bonus!

Reviewer Comments: Stayed in Clearbrook unit 3, sleeps a dozen people but the space was not cleaned even despite the emails about following covid protocols. 1/4 in glitter and trash throughout .... Not the kind of thing obvious at first glance mind you but easily evident that no one vacuumed or really cleaned. Took a day or so to realize. service was easy to reach for questions but nothing could be done by time we realized it was too late as we didn’t stay long. Just sub par

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in Loon rentals for many years. This is the first time the property was not what we had expected. It was run down and definitely needs updating. The worse part was, it was definitely not cleaned properly before we arrived especially for being in the middle of a pandemic. On arrival I had to dust cobwebs from the light fixtures over the island, the stove top and refrigerator door handles had to be cleaned and the counter tops wiped down. I won't even mention how it had not been vacuumed. These are pretty basic things to be done when cleaning. We were given, one coffee filter and a small bottle of dish detergent and half size sponges for the week with 12 people staying there. We also had to put all the comforters on all the beds. We were very disappointed with the condition of this unit. We looked at it on line and it didn't look like the pictures. This is the first time in 20+ years I've ever felt the need to write a poor review. The unit itself is great for size and location. However, we would not recommend this unit until updating is done, if not at least a thorough cleaning. We also were not told the shuttles were not running during the week (Feb vakay week) which was an inconvenience.

Really good ski week

We stayed for 6 nights. The property was in a really good location just down the street from Loon. The descriptions are accurate, 5 beds etc. we stayed in the basement queen. The bed has a relatively soft mattress with springs. I understand the top floor master mattress is somewhat hard. I took a star off the rating as there are a number of minor maintenance items to take care of. The upper level toilet has to be flushed twice to work properly, we called maintenance to take a look, but were told to just flush twice (which worked)! The door to the bathroom in the basement doesn’t operate properly- to open it requires a shove and is very loud. There are a few other minor items but nothing major if you are fairly relaxed. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. the couch very comfy. Wifi is good all over the house.

It's a great location with plenty of space however the upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. The condition is very no-frills, nothing has been updated in a loooong time. Games for kids are not complete, the TV/DVD/Remotes are very old and not often functional. The furniture is hanging on by a thread, the heating is marginal and the cleanliness is average. Its starting to become too expensive for the condition of the condo we receive unfortunately. Loon Res Service was very responsive and helpful along the stay however we're likely looking for alternatives for next year.
