This spacious townhouse is located at the base of Clearbrook I just across the valley from Loon Mountain. With five bedrooms and three baths this five level townhouse offers plenty of room to relax and unwind.

Enter to a foyer and head upstairs to the main kitchen, dining, and living areas. The living area offers a wrap-around leather couch, love seat, flat-screen television, and gas fireplace. The kitchen is newly remodeled with stainless steel appliances, plentiful counter space, and counter seating for six while the dining table seats an additional eight. Also on this level is a full bath, a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (bottom 4 spots only) and access to the small deck with wooded view. Up another level is a landing with a sitting area and the laundry room facilities. One more set of stairs and you are at the upper most level of the townhouse hosting the primary bedroom with queen bed, television and air conditioning; a full bath and an additional bedroom with two twin beds.

Back to the entry foyer and go down stairs to the lowest level of this town house which is designed as its own small apartment with two bedrooms and a bath as well as a living, dining and kitchenette areas. One bedroom on this level holds a queen bed and television while the second bedroom offers a set of pyramid (twin/full) bunk beds.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the primary bedroom and one in the main dining area.
The top tier of bunks are not for use.

Nice place for vacation

Nice property close to attractions and wonderful indoor pool/jacuzzi. House is comfortable and has several beds. Only the kitchen cabinets (doors) needs maintenance. The shower in the basement doesn’t work. Overall is really good and we were satisfied.

Kitchen doors were loose. The couch need cleaning. Dish towels were terrible. We organized cabinets a little. Hot water very limited. More trash bags at least one bag a day. Mattresses need replacement. Accommodating to a large group bunk room should change beds to more accommodating.

Awesome place at Loon Mountain

This place has everything you need. We stayed with family 12 people and we had beds for everyone and extras. Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker which great. Seating on the island for everyone and a table for 10. 3 levels with a bathroom in each level extra living room and tvs everywhere. Location is good. The only minor thing you have to get in the car to go the the pools. Overall, great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clearbrook 3W was much nicer than I expected. Very clean and spacious with high ceilings and enough room to fit 15+ comfortably. Did not encounter any problems with any of the utilities or parking situation. Location is minutes away from the mountain and the pool/jacuzzi facility was very nice. I highly recommend anyone who is interested to stay here! I am planning to do so myself. Thank you for the amazing vacation and see you next year!!!

Apparently they had a party the weekend before in the unit and it smelled of beer. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Would not recommend-only if you are college kids.

Great location, needs updating and cleaning.

We had a fun time in Lincoln during the break. The 5 bedrooms were enough to accommodate our families...skiing at Loon is always good, although crowded during school vacation week. Location was great, but the unit was very dated and it doesnt seem like there was much effort in keeping the place clean, repaired or up to date. Kitchen cabinets were from the 80s and many of the doors were falling off the hinges. The rugs did not look like there were cleaned in 30 years. There were holes in the walls, cracked flooring, and drafty windows. All in all, the place was adequate.....location was great.....would not be our first choice when we come back next year.

They did provide air fresheners, however, not the way you want to begin a stay. Property had good couch seating area and plenty of dishes. The property was very drafty. One bedroom did not get heat. Many of the outlets did not hold plugs, they would simply fall out of the socket. Property could be fabulous if a full update was completed.

Small Annoyances but Quick Responses!

The place was fine overall, but there were several things that either didn't work or were difficult to navigate. For instance, the cupboard doors were loose and the hinges were not connected on some, the garbage disposal leaked which we didn't realize until the bowl put under the leak overflowed, the can opener was non-functional, the shower on the lower level was difficult to turn on, and many of the glasses were not clean when we got there. But the property management was very fast to act when we notified them of any issues that we had. The maintenance man brought a new garbage disposal within 20 minutes of our call to the office and he was very courteous and asked us if he was going to be in the way while he fixed the unit. When I had trouble with not receiving the email with the lockbox code, I was forwarded the information within minutes. The courteousness and quick response of the property management staff far outweighed any small annoyances we had with our stay!

A Ski Condo at Loon Mountain That Needs Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. Misc. and bathroom power receptacles not working. 2. Front exterior door light did not work when we arrived to the condo. Was not the light bulb. 3. Lacking correct amount of kitchen trash bags. Only two under sink for a one week rental. 4. Lacking proper amount of linens for (12) people. (6) adults and (6) children. 5. Only one side of countertop toaster over was working properly. 6. Dining room table chairs need to be repaired or replaced. 7. Family room/slider window treatments were badly stained and not working properly. L-shaped family room couch was dirty and torn. 8. Shovel at front door was broken. 9. Wood for fire place was covered properly. Wood was wet.

Mattress need replacing. We didn't stay the last night because of the mattresses. Did responded to AC stopped work and they sent right away and he also cleaned the AC. Stated Mold smell is basement problem. We stayed in another unit and there was no mold spell in the basement. Kitchen well stocked. Kids loved the triple bunk bed room, but one mattress had not sheets or blankets. Great location.

First time renting this townhouse and it was awful. The fridge in the kitchen was broken so had to go down a level every time we needed something or to put something away to another fridge. Two of the kitchen cabinets were coming off the hinges. There were holes in the walls and holes in the doors. The area rugs were filthy looking. The pillowcases in the twin room had food still on them. There was food still in the cracks of the couches and dirty tissues. The basement bathroom the mirror is falling off the wall. The shower liner was black all on the bottom of it. It looked like there was mold on the walls and in the pictures in the downstairs bathroom. This place is not fit to be rented out.

The shuttle bus picks you up almost in front of the house to go to Loon Mountain, but only on the weekends. They come everyone 10 mins. We all had a nice time at the house. Loon Reservations was a great at responding yo my questions right away too. We will definitely book here again!

Reviewer Comments: We rented this home to accommodate 5 teenagers and could not have asked for a better set up!The basement floor having its own kitchen, living room area was a bonus.House was great.Few recommendations would be seating on the deck and outside stoop area.It turned out bit hotter than normal for mountains do the air conditioning could have been a bit better or more fans in the other rooms.But kids already asking when go back😊Reservations so easy.Woman at reservations very helpful.The pool next door also bonus!
