This townhouse is located on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors, with elevator access to the 4th floor main level. Entry balcony has mountain views! Enter into the kitchen from the front walkway, to the dining area and living room with gas fireplace. There is a deck off the living area, 4 floors above ground. Look and listen to the Pemigewasset River! Upstairs is the master suite, with King size bed and sitting/desk area, master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Front bathroom window with mountain views, and rear large window with river view and Loon South Peak mountain view! On the 3rd floor lower level there is a bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom, and another large bedroom with full size bed and two twin beds. Larger bedroom has electric fireplace with heater. There is an additional bathroom in the lower level hallway. Across the street/parking area is the pool and clubhouse for relaxing and entertainment.

Very nice condo, clean, great location, great views. It was close to everything in Lincoln, but quiet enough to hear the stream outside the back of the condo. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Couldn’t have been more pleased with this condo. Great location, clean and plenty of room for us. Our 32nd year of a guys ski trip and the owners were so welcoming. The communication with them was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back next year!!

That was an amazing stay.

I highly recommend this condo to anyone who is looking for a place stay in Lincoln. The condo has everything you need from cooking to baking and grilled all the accessories are available that the first place I have ever seen so much. Store , restaurant, they are right there next the condo. You can walk the plaza if you don't want to drive. Our stay was blast and we will definitely come back.

The unit was very clean and the location was easily accessible. Communication with the owners was very good, answering all my questions. The unit is a bit dated and every bed frame should be replaced, you couldn’t move without the whole frame squeaking. Being from Florida I never would have imagined a rental that has no form of air conditioning. This would have been a deal killer for me had I paid closer attention to the description before renting. Although my stay was in October, temps were in the 80’s during the day and no amount of open windows cooled the space. Oscillating fans are onsite, but window units could go a long way in making this unit more comfortable.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay in this unit. Like the first , it was excellent. Location, amenities, cleanliness, etc. It has everything you need for a comfortable getaway. The unit even has a beautiful new gas fireplace! I think what sets this place apart from the rest, when traveling with a group, is it has three bedrooms and three baths. Enough privacy for everyone. The hosts are great and always available. We love this place and have already booked our next stay!

Spacious clean condo in great location

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at the condo - clean, very spacious (3 big bedrooms and bathrooms) with great views. Two families could fit easily. The location can't be beat with all Lincoln/North Woodstock and Loon Mountain have to offer right outside your door. The shuttle to Loon Mountain was easy and quick (we'll try "skiing home" when the kids are older!). The kids loved having the nice indoor pool and game room a quick walk away. No issues with heat and it was a cold weekend (issues were fixed since earlier reviews). It was great spot for us and we'd stay there again. Deb was also very helpful with our questions! Thanks!

Nice but no a/c

My family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers, stayed for 2 nights. The condo is nice and clean but no air conditioning. The condo is 3 floors with bedrooms on floors 1 and 3. There is no bathroom on the main floor. Overall the place is nice, clean and spacious. But no air conditioning was rough. The bedrooms were hot even with fans and open windows.

Great location close to Loon, with lots of space

This property was spacious for two families. It was in good condition and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very close to the South Peak Escape Lot which was a convenient place to ski back to. The owner was very responsive. I docked one star because the place was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival, which got our vacation off to an unwelcome start and our kids bedtime on the first night was very delayed as a result. However, the owner was apologetic and responsive in trying to remedy the situation by having the place thoroughly cleaned within 2 hours, and refunded us our first night stay and also allowed us to stay later on our check out day. We felt this was a very fair response and overall I would consider renting this place again if skiing at Loon.

Had a fun, relaxing week

We stayed here in July/Aug and loved it. The home was clean and well decorated / equipped. Had everything we needed in the kitchen ( fully stocked) and the living room / dinning room was plenty roomy & comfy for 4 - 6 of us. Great space down one flight of stairs for the kids and an amazing suite with bathroom upstairs for us. Amazing views all around. Small deck with chairs and tables to chill and enjoy the river and back yard. The river itself is full of adventure. One close small but fun swimming hole and another bigger and more popular one about 1/2 mile away via a beautiful trail that follows the river. Access to the hot tub and indoor swimming pool next door was a bonus. Endless things to do in this area: Swimming, hiking, ice cream, places to eat, mini golf, breweries, wine tasting, train rides... The owners were great, very good at communicating. Got us easily moved in and settled with no issues all week. Looking forward to our next stay, already miss the soothing sound of the river. Thanks D&J !!

The children have grown up, but have enjoyed so many great activities the White Mountain area provides, and there has been something to do for every age! We fell in love with this property, and we know you will enjoy the area as much as we have.

Why they chose this property

Lincoln is a great town, located within easy travel distance of most activities found in the White Mountains. We have been vacationing here for about 40 years, and feel drawn to return here every year. In the past, we have rented condos for our vacation, but we fell in love with this townhouse as it had everything we enjoy in a vacation property. And everything in Lincoln is mostly all in walking distance!

What makes this property unique

We have always loved the river, the sound, and the ever changing patterns with the seasons. This location is beautiful, and nicely landscaped. We can sit on the back deck, and just relax with the view and sound of the river during the warmer months, and the view of the Loon South Peak slopes during the winter. We love to watch the snow grooming on the mountain during the night. The front porch also has a mountain view, and being on the fourth floor just makes everything more breathtaking! And this condo is located close to all town amenities as well as close proximity to everything the White Mountains has to offer!
