Arrowleaf 112B is a true ski-in/ski-out property. Located immediately adjacent to Silver Buck ski run, the Silver Strike quad chairlift just 30 yards downhill. You get first tracks everyday in Empire Canyon and the Lady Morgan bowl!
This condominium home is the epitome of Upper Deer Valley luxury. Located in the prestigious Empire Canyon, Arrowleaf 112B has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a queen size convertible bed in the family room. The unit comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.
The master bedroom and second bedroom have king beds. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on the top. Each bedroom has an en-suite full bath. An additional powder bath is accessible from the living areas for friends and guests. A full size washer and dryer combination is located next to the powder room.
Flat screen televisions are mounted in each bedroom. The flat screen television mounted above the gas fireplace in the family room can also be viewed from kitchen and dinning areas. The unit is equipped with wireless internet access.
The professional décor of Arrowleaf 112B creates an ambiance of comfort and luxury. Granite kitchen countertops and reclaimed “old forest” hardwood floors in the living areas set the tone for the warm furnishings throughout the unit. The kitchen is “gourmet chef worthy” with subzero refrigerator, wine storage, and Wolf gas range. Family and friends can sit on barstools at the kitchen island and enjoy hors d’oeuvres while chatting with the chef! The dining table seats 8 people.
After a day of skiing/hiking/biking, enjoy the two outdoor hot tubs or kick-back by the outdoor fire pit on the slope side patio. Of course, Arrowleaf 112B has direct living room views of the ski run, so you may want to just relax in the comfort of your own living room. Click on the gas fireplace, turn on music or the television (mounted above the living room fireplace), and live the life of luxury!
What distinguishes the Arrowleaf building from other Park City accommodations is that it is a true ski-in ski-out property. Your private ski locker is located slope side, so during your stay all you have to do is situate your gear upon arrival and you are set for the duration of your vacation. The ski lockers have boot warmers so there is no need to lug your boots back and forth from the condo.
Arrowleaf 112B is set apart from the other units in the building because of its ideal ground floor location. You can walk directly out the back door of this unit to the ski slope! (Other Arrowleaf units access the ski slope only through the ski locker area.) This is extremely convenient if you are just popping into the unit during the day to grab lunch or to take a short break, or if you want to shoo the kids outside while you are making dinner!
Other amenities include a building lobby with a large stone fireplace and seating area, a pool table, a well stocked library with cozy seating, and a professional grade coffee/espresso bar.

We had the pleasure of staying in this property for 4 nights and would not hesitate to reserve it again for a stay at Deer Valley. From the minute we arrived we felt like we were home. The unit itself is warmly furnished with plenty of comfortable space to hang out, play board games as a family, or enjoy a meal. The kitchen is impeccably equipped and breakfast was wonderful each morning. On top of that, because of the incredible, true ski-in/ski-out location, we came back each day for lunch without missing a minute of skiing. The location is on Silver Buck run, literally steps from the slopes. The locker room was the perfect place to gear up and head out and made the trip that much more enjoyable. Being able to get out early, buy a lift ticket a few (skiable) yards from the doorstep was a treat. At the end of the day, you can enjoy the incredible patio and outdoor fireplace with water feature, or relax inside in front of your own fireplace in the condo. The baths were spacious and luxurious and the entire unit was in "new" condition. Last but not least, a free ride to any Park City restaurant is just a phone call away, and while your car is in an underground, heated garage, the peace of mind of having this service available is incredible. Phenomenal unit in a phenomenal location!
Fantastic condo! Beautiful home right on the slopes. Parking was very close and easy access to lockers for our ski equipment. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation!!
This ski in - ski out condo was spectacular! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the marvelous accomodations including a beautiful outdoor fireplace. The bedrooms were spacious with a bathroom for each. The kitchen has very high end appliances and finishes. Parking was simple, enclosed and warm. The ski locker made managing our ski gear a breeze. I cannot say enough great things about this property. Will definitely stay there again.
We enjoyed this condo so much, we are coming back for a second time in Spring 2013. You literally walk out the back door and are 100 yards to the lift. The runs back to the house (which are some of our favorites) are green/blue, so makes location perfect for beginner skiiers and young children. Upper mid mountain location is convenient for lunch or short rest breaks before hitting slopes again for afternoon fun. Owner is easy to work with, and condo is stocked with everything you need to feel perfectly at home. Highly recommend this condo!
