Our lovely Townhome is located in the Canyons Resort Village area of the 7,300-acre Park City Mountain Resort midway between the Cabriolet lift and the Waldorf Gondola (walking distance). Conditions and skills permitting you can ski from the mountain to our parking lot (if you are really good to the back door). When heading out, you can cross the creek and ski down to the Waldorf Gondola

Special extras include an expanded floor plan; the addition of an extra glass enclosed sun-room brings it to nearly 1,400 square feet. It’s warm and cozy with new memory foam bedding, a brand new 60-inch HD flat screen, cable and WIFI. Enjoy the warmth and convenience of gas heat, oversized gas water heater, gas stove and a wood burning fireplace (Most of the other units are all electric with gas fireplaces). View the skiers on the mountain from our private hot tub on our private deck that backs to a trickling stream and acres of aspen trees for snow play. Just beyond the aspens is the Canyons Golf Course that we share with the Waldorf Astoria.

Downstairs, enter the Mud Room with an antique bench and boot, ski and coat storage. A few steps down is the foyer with a closeted washer and dryer for your use. Off the foyer is the Master bedroom which has a new memory foam Cal King bed with antique iron headboard, private antique fumed oak and carrera marble wash area with a hand thrown sink, a 46-inch flat screen TV small covered patio and two cedar lined mirrored closets. The other down stairs bedroom has two new memory foam Twin XL beds, a 42-inch flat screen TV, antique dresser, cedar lined mirrored closet and across the foyer its own separate wash area with hand thrown sink. There is also shared bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the living room features vaulted oak beamed ceilings, leather chairs, a leather couch, a brand new 60-inch HD flat screen TV and a brick wood burning fireplace. A few steps above the living room is a semi-private loft with a new memory foam Queen bed an antique dresser and a small TV in the cedar closet. The dining table has seating for 8 under the antler chandelier and vaulted ceilings. The fully furnished kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, granite counter top and bar with bar-stools. Also, upstairs, there is a full bath. We have an expanded floor plan with the addition of a glass walled sun room with skylights that looks out to the creek, aspen grove, Waldorf Gondola, and Golf Course to the rear of the town-home. Here, you access our upper balcony with its large, private hot tub.

Our unit is midway between Kimball Junction and Main Street. We are walking distance to the Canyons Transit Hub next to the Canyons Cabriolet, so it's just a few minutes bus/drive to either.

We feel that this is one of, if not the best town home, in the neighboring area. Unlike other area projects Hidden Creek is very low-density with a swimming pool area, tennis courts, private pond and wooded grassy areas that back to an aspen grove with a trickling creek. It’s between two lifts, adjacent to the ski area and surrounded by the Canyons Golf Course. The vaulted ceilings and the sun-room addition with floor to ceiling windows and skylights make the upstairs living area feel bright and sunny. Our private deck with private hot tub add to the spacious feelings. Unlike other most units in Hidden Creek, we offer gas heat, gas stove, over-sized water heater, WiFi/high speed internet, unlimited calling for local and long distance within the U.S., flat screen TVs, and a wood burning fireplace. The bedrooms and loft have new memory foam beds and closets with cedar lining. All linens and towels are provided. It is our Home Away from Home and we think you'll agree!

About Hal

We have enjoyed decades of summer and winter activities throughout all of Utah. Having skied all over, we settled on Park City as it has the best access to winter and summer sports, as well as the mountain lifestyle for our family.

Why Hal chose Park City

After years of private use we are again offering limited use of our Park City home. Located in the Canyons Resort Village, with all of Park City Mountain just out the door for skiing/boarding and during summer golf and lift served mountain biking. We are walking distance to the Canyons Cabriolet or Waldorf Gondola. This unit backs to the creek, aspen woods, and golf course.

What makes this townhome unique

While staying here, you can walk to the Farmers Market in summer; to the Carbiolet which takes you to the canyons Base area with restaurants, shops, and concerts. We are close to the heated pool and tennis courts (summer only). We are on the town shuttle. This unit is located midway between Kimball Junction and Historic Main Street, so it's less than 10 minutes drive or shuttle to more fantastic restaurants, shops, art galleries, Deer Valley, Golf, or Outlet Mall shopping. We are about 30 minutes drive to Sundance Ski Resort (the Sundance Festival is in Park City and surrounding areas), Soldier Hollow Golf Course, Salt Lake City, or Snowbird/Alta.

Great property

A small group of us (3 couples) in our mid-30s stayed here for 5 days and the property fot our needs perfectly. Great location with easy access to slopes and public transportation (we didn't rent a car.) Very clean, cozy yet chic and the owners were beyond helpful. It was a great having a sunroom with the panoramic views b/c a constant reminder even indoors that you're on vacation is always nice! We also really appreciated a dining table that comfortably sat 6 of us and we all easily fit in the hot tub. We didn't want to leave!

Fabulous Condo And Fabulous Owners

Stayed for 4 days of fabulous skiing and dining during Sundance Film Festival. The condo was immaculate and exactly as described. The owner information was spot on and very helpful. We ate at Ghidotti's and had fabulous Italian. The Farm was great but $$$. The owners were easy to work and with the hot tub was perfect for working out the soreness from the slopes. I can't wait to return next season.

An Incredible Destination

If location, comfort and cleanliness are important to you than this is your spot.

Location: The location is perfect being walking distance to the Waldorf Gondola and Cabriolet and ideal for a "ski in" and "ski out" vacation.

Comfort: The townhome is extremely comfortable and includes all the amenities a group will need to feel at home. The kitchen was clean and included all necessary elements for home cooked meals, the bedrooms were spacious and allow plenty of room to move around and be comfortable, and the hot tub was clean and very necessary after a long day of being on the mountain.

Cleanliness: From the moment we arrived the place was clean and tidy and that goes for the kitchen, bathrooms, hot tub, bedrooms, etc.

Summary: If you have the opportunity to rent this house, jump on it! You will not be disappointed.

Owner's Response: Jeff thanks. Just to clarify, true ski in ski out from our door, is dependent on conditions and ability. There is a small creek, aspen grove and berm that need to be negotiated.

Look No Further Than This Superior Property In The Canyons

Our family of four stayed here over Super bowl weekend and had a fabulous time. The condo pictures are accurate and reflect a clean and cozy property very convenient to The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley. The owners spared no expense in ensuring the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay special. Premium linens in all the beds and baths and beautiful furniture throughout. Soaps, toiletries, paper products, and kitchen necessities are provided. You won't want for a thing - not even a tissue or a zip lock bag. The condo is spaced out well for a family - with areas for being apart and together. Main living level TV room seating was comfortable with a flat screen and fireplace. A semi-private queen bedroom is elevated a few steps from the living room. Meaning the sleeper can't be seen but may hear/see surrounding rooms noise/lights. Was perfect for our teenager - might not suit a married couple. Large dining room table great for meals or as a work station (email/e-devices) for everyone in your party. A sun room off the dining proved a nice bonus area/reading nook with views of the gondola in the back of the condo straight thru the front windows to The Canyons cabriolet. We also enjoyed relaxing in the 4 + seat hot tub on the private back deck with woodland views. Walk in from parking directly across the street. Electronic access means no lost or shared keys. Enter into front hall's spacious mudroom and store your gear here - very convenient. Bedrooms are laid out well. King in lower level master with private full bath (locks but can be shared with bedroom) provided a great night's sleep. Ample closet space and nicely appointed. Functional twin bedroom and laundry facilities on this floor as well. The condo is close to all the dining options in nearby Park City and close to 7-11, grocery store, state liquor store, and Walmart. In 10+ years of family ski trips West this was, by far, our favorite condo and we'd highly recommend it to you. The owners were helpful during the booking process and returned the security deposit promptly after our stay. Five stars all around!

Great Condo

Just returned from parkcity and can"t wait to return. The condo was great. We prepared several meals

and enjoyed the kitchen. It had everything we needed and a gas stove that was nice. We skied a few

spots and like the canyons best. Thanks and see ya soon.
