Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Close and secure all windows and doors
Put rubbish bag in ground bin out front If there is excess rubbish that does not fit in bin with lid closed, leave inside unit and notify host
Please leave all patio furniture as found
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Condo association has normal rules regarding trash, parking, guests, private property etc. Rules are posted inside cabinets most violations $50 fine
Photo ID for each person required to complete booking

Very relaxing, clean and comfortable

We loved being on the water. The unit was clean and well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. We were amazed with the excellent management on Nettles Island. We felt totally safe, and even though the units are tight and close together, we still had a degree of privacy. Thanks Rebecca!
