Poor management company.
I received a lot of redundant communication from the management company, which was sort of chaotic. I wish all pertinent info was in one place/ email or at least that the info was consistent among all means of communication. For example, our check in was listed as 4 and 4:30 in different communications. Also, it is listed that check in could be delayed till 5 for cleaning….. so I will be charged if I enter before this unclear check in time, but if they are late, I should just adjust my plans to just wait longer? Very unprofessional.
Unresponsive management. They changed the door code the morning of our check in date and only communicated this through text (no email and the apartment link was not updated). Neither the old or new code were correct. We waited 1.5 hours in the Florida heat waiting on the management company to call back to reset the code.
The condo was well furnished but the cleaning service never put out pillows in the beds. While there were many pillows in the closet, there were only 2 pillowcases in a condo meant for 10 people…. There were also supposed to be a bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for 10 people, but there were only 9 bath towels and 1 wash cloth. There was also no hand or body soap, despite this being promised beforehand. There were no trash bags.
Also one elevator in the building was broken the entirety of our stay and the other elevator only worked 1/2 the time. The one elevator was always packed because of this.
