Enjoy the fire pit gathering area to create memories way into the star studded night skies, or spend a lazy day reading in one of the 3 hammocks. Black Diamond is your ideal getaway tucked on top of a hill accessed by a moderately steep gravel driveway. You will feel like you are immersed in your own piece of nature’s paradise, but you are only minutes from town.

We absolutely loved this property and was perfect for my husband and I to have a nice little getaway ! It was so quiet and felt secluded ! We loved using the hot tub after day of hiking and the hammocks and fire pit was also very nice ! There was so much space and we loved all the different outdoor spaces ! The location was so close and convenient to get to stores and restaurants and we really enjoyed having a big fully stocked kitchen to cook meals in. We can’t wait to come back !

What a great experience! The clean, quiet, spacious place was lovely and comfortable. The hot tub was a welcome respite after long hikes. It was just enough off the beaten path while still being close enough to shops and restaurants for convenience. I would highly recommend this great spot.

We spent an entire week at Black Diamond just recovering from an especially stressful season in our lives, and it was perfect. I loved all the swings, the fire pit, the hot tub, the hammocks and the peace and quiet. Place was well stocked and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

This house was everything my family needed for a wonderful spring break getaway. The hosts provided everything you could think of, and their home was perfect for my family of four. My kids loved the swings and the game table, under the beautiful pavilion with access to the hot tub also! The fire pit was a beautiful place to relax and unwind! Thank you, we hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Diamond. It’s a secluded cabin in the woods with every amenity you could want for a getaway! My husband said the bed was better than ours at home, the living room and kitchen are open and spacious. We appreciated having two baths and the laundry was a nice feature. The outdoor spaces steal the show though. Between the covered patio, two fire pit areas, hot tub, hammocks and swings, it can’t be beat. Communication with the host and property manager were great, everything was clean and check in and check out were seamless. Will recommend to friends and will be back for sure!

You get your own private space oasis in the Hocking hills of Ohio. We had a great stay. Will give a pros and cons list. But i would stay here again, no questions asked. ProsClean Host is super responsive and responds quickly, will come out if any issue. Friendly in communications. Lots of things to do in the home: Good internet, dvd player, dvds there, board games, TVs in main room and bedrooms, two full bathrooms with shower. Laundry facilities. Full kitchen that you could cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Lots to do outside as well: skeetball/bowling table outside, hot tub, firepit, hammocks, lots of chill out spots, grill, bags/corn hole About 25 minutes from old man cave parkAbout 10 minutes to Logan town (or less) About 10 minutes utes to river tube place and Logan antique mall Cons My wife noted no full length mirrorLimited cell phone coverage. Can be spotty with AT&T, but worked most of the time. Overall: Great place to stay. Would stay here again. Good for families.

Black Diamond was an excellent place and would highly recommend! It was clean, extremely well stocked, modern looking, has plenty of fun games to play, best fire pits I have seen in Hocking Hills, and is close by Logan for places to eat and trips to the store. We tend to find a cabin and stay there every time we go if we like it, so we will be staying again for sure.

Wonderful Cabin!

We loved this cabin very much! Everything looked just like it looked in the photos. This was our first stay at this cabin, and we will definitely come back as long as the price continues to be reasonable.
