Was a really spacious property with a great location! However, it was quite dirty and a lot of the furniture was very run down. It was a little gross to sit on some of the couches. The one couch was completely ripped on the side. There was also piles of dirt that looked like they hadn’t been properly swept. The property has so much potential but definitely needs some good TLC. Don’t want to be harsh, but for the amount of money we paid we definitely expected a cleaner space.

The house was tremendous. Open, Spacious for all 14 of us to spread out and enjoy our time together. High recommend, it was worth every penny .

Our experience

There were no instructions on how to use the TV streaming services. The grill was filthy so unusable. This was the only place I ever rented that had NO toilet paper, spices, mugs for coffee, grill utensils. The curtain rods were broken. There was no window cover in the master bedroom. The occupants had to use sheets for privacy. The class doors did not have coverage for privacy. The side door accessing the trash and recycling stuck. The refrigerator leaked water and the freezer did not freeze ice cream.

The house itself was great. The size was comfortable for the amount of people we had. The proximity to the beach was great and so was the neighborhood. The furniture and the rugs were run down and needed to be replaced and the main bath was run down but the deck and the set up was perfect. Despite those few things, I would definitely stay here again.

The house was spacious and clean. Dry short walk to beach and liked being in neighborhood.The cushions on the deck sofa were missing so that was a bummer as someone who loves sitting outside in the morning. There was no dresser in the master bedroom.
