Beautiful Bayside Home Near Fenwick & Ocean City

Bring the whole family and enjoy plenty of space to spread out in this large 6-bedroom home in North Haven at Bayside Golf Resort. Built in 2022, the home offers 4,300 square feet, 3 master suites, 5.5 bathrooms, open-concept living, and beautiful golf course views.

This home is a great fit for multiple families or large groups, with spacious living areas, a large kitchen and dining space, comfortable bedrooms, and great outdoor areas to relax after the beach or pool. Fenwick Island and Ocean City are about 5 miles away, giving you easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

Inside, the main living area features a smart TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large island, a stocked coffee station, a dedicated workspace, and a walk-in pantry. There is seating at the island, a dining table, and additional space to enjoy the golf course views. Outside, the deck includes a built-in grill for easy outdoor meals.

The lower level is set up for fun and relaxing, with a 65-inch TV, a basketball shooting game, board games, toys for kids, and access to the patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit.

Sleeping arrangements:
1st floor: Queen bedroom with patio access, full bathroom, and a recreation room with queen sleeper sofa.
2nd floor: King primary suite with full bathroom and private front balcony.
3rd floor: King primary suite with full bathroom and covered terrace overlooking the golf course, queen primary suite with full bathroom, additional queen bedroom, full/twin bedroom, and another full bathroom.

For your stay, we provide linens, including sheets and towels, plus beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, scooters, and baby items available upon request, including a pack and play, booster seats, gates, and sand toys.

Great neighborhood and great place to stay with friends!

The stay was so nice and convenient. Everything for children were there from bikes and scooters to beach stuff as well as play cribs for babies. The host was so communicative and hospitable. Check in was easy and the location was great!

Great Property

The house is exactly how the listing shows. Beautiful property sitting right on a golf course, quiet neighborhood, and the location is perfect. The kids loved being able to take the bikes out around the neighborhood. We're looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing!

This house was beautiful, clean, well laid out and in a perfect location. The view over looking one of the golf holes was terrific. We actually saw deer and eagles while having breakfast. The owner was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had an amazing time and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Home, Location & Amenities

House was spacious, clean and beautiful. It is located on a golf course with fabulous outdoor activities including tennis, pickleball, basketball. Terrific walking paths. The check in process was so easy and a well-documented Welcome Package guided us beautifully. We want to book again in the future.

Five couples stayed 6/6/25 - 6/11/25. The house was spotless and had so much room! Watching the wildlife from our windows was enjoyable.Our host Ron answered all of our questions and was very helpful. Very quick to respond.The location was great. There were plenty of beaches close by, getting to Ocean City was easy and there were so many restaurants and places to eat at and shop at.We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area!

Lovely Home

I enjoyed my stay. The house was very clean. The house had a lot of space and very up to date. The rooms was a nice size. The host was excellent he responded to my messages very quick. The house has enough bathrooms and balconies for privacy. If I was to visit I would rent the same house.

Excellent Choice!

This home is stunning! We truly appreciated the welcome basket, cleanliness, and the provided linens. Check in was easy. The property manager was very responsive and kind! The chef kitchen is a dream. There are 3 spacious master bedrooms and an elevator! The three generations (12 of us) thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this property!!
