Perfect Friends Trip

This property is amazing! The house is clean and well-maintained. Obviously the highlight of the property is the indoor pool and it did not disappoint! Absolutely beautiful and was the perfect hangout for our adult friends trip. The Ocean View area has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit and the house was so great we made sure to be back plenty early enough to enjoy it to the fullest. The owner was easy to connect with and very accommodating!

Excellent house and great amenities!

We just enjoyed a great vacation with 6 adults and 6 young kids. The pictures truly do not do this place justice. The indoor pool area is jaw dropping. It’s such a huge incredible space. The temps were freezing outside but inside the pool area it felt like we were in our own tropical resort. There’s plenty of room in the other parts of the house with multiple TVs and games to keep all ages happy. Chad is an extremely nice guy that walked me through the pool operation and was very helpful with any questions. The only question we have left is when can we return?

Autumn Family Birthday Getaway

We had 11 people for a family getaway and this property exceeded all expectations! In a quiet cul de sac, the house backs into a large creek and walking trail. Lots to explore, with a pool table, arcade games, a rooftop deck, and the amazing pool / hot tub room complete with slide and waterfall! Rooms had comfy beds, bathrooms were clean and updated. A TV in almost every room. Nearby is a nice kids park, mini golf, ice cream shop, weis supermarket, and a quick drive to Bethany beach. Several spaces for different groups to congregate. We had a fantastic stay!

Best VRBO ever!

We had the best time at my sister’s bachelorette party this weekend!! This house was perfect- it’s less than 5 min away from the beach, and the indoor pool is SO nice to have for rainy days. The house is in pristine shape and we didn’t have any issues, it 100% met our expectations. Chad was very communicative, polite and professional. We can’t express enough how amazing this house is!

Indoor Pool was Family Gathering Spot

Property was perfect for my family including mom, brother, sister and all our kids. The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, and backs up to the Assawoman canal path which was ideal for taking walks and bike rides. The owner has plenty of bikes in fine working condition for use. The indoor pool became our nighttime gathering spot for watching TV, playing board games, or to jump in the pool and spa. We got a lot of use out of the upstairs game room which has a pool table, shuffle board (my favorite), pinball machine, and packman game. Location is close to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. Everything was in fine working condition. The owner provided plenty of kitchen-ware stuff including coffee maker, kurieg, toaster, and outdoor gas bbq. The five bedrooms had plenty of beds, although a few of our children and their spouses had to share rooms and bathrooms. All rooms were very clean, with linens, pillows, and bathroom towels provide. When we visit the area again, we will definitely rebook this place.

What a great holiday house! Great location near Bethany beach, lots of different spaces for kid and adults, and the indoor pool was perfect for all ages. The owner was easy to reach and quick to respond. We had no issues and loved our time there!

Great vacation home!!!

This property was amazing. The indoor pool and spa were a huge hit, especially on the few days we had rain. The walk to the beach was lovely. There was plenty of space for our entire group. We're hoping to reserve this property again.

Great for families

We loved this house. Clean, exactly as described and the host responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions. The pool is amazing along with the billiards room. Tons of options for sleeping, gathering and four bathrooms is a huge plus!!

Our family annual summer vacation

The pictures does not give justice to how beautiful and roomy this house is. During our trip we had at any given time 12-18 people lots of babies and never felt crowded. Ages newborn, teenagers to retiree’s. The pool was fabulous clean and all had fun. The one thing not mentioned is they have plenty of towels and sheets. You don’t need to pack extra. Close to local beaches and trails were nice. Plenty of kayaks and bikes to use. I would definitely recommend this hike to anyone looking for memories.

Family Vacation

The house was amazing with plenty of rooms, linens and towels. The pool was a treasure providing hours of relaxation and fun. Our location next to a walking trail and the canal was an oasis from the crowded beach areas. It was only a two mile drive to the beach. The best of both worlds. The play. Area in the yard was great for the kids. They would ask if they could go out to the’park.’ In addition the game room was equipped with a multitude of activities. The roof top deck was beautiful at night.

Private Resort

This was a perfect family reunion location. We lived in the pool area -- perfect. But the rest of the house kept everybody entertained and happy. Three separate hang out spots and the game room with the pin ball machines? Lots of competitions! And it's close to the beach and lots of great restaurants. This was the best appointed Vrbo we've ever rented. A lot of extra touches! We didn't get to kayak because the nearest launch site we could find was about a half mile away and we didn't have a car big enough to load them. Highly recommend this house!

Awesome Property

Listing was exactly as described. Owner was very accommodating, friendly and kept in touch. Such a beautiful property. We had 11 family members and grand children 3-8. They loved the pool and play ground. Enough rooms and beds for many more people. IThere is a canal and beautiful walking path/bike path for your dogs through a wooded area that also leads to putt putt, ice cream shops and more. I would highly recommend for other families.

Perfect family getaway!

Our family has been going to Bethany Beach for the last 5 years, but this year was one of the most special years because of this house! It is the perfect house for families especially with young children. We swam in the pool for 4 days straight, enjoyed the game room, played on the playground and really enjoyed the walking path right in the backyard, Chad was a great host and communicated with us quickly whenever we needed something. Would definitely recommend this for a family getaway!

Great place for large family gatherings

Amazing beautiful home to celebrate the 88th birthday for the patriarch of our family. Fantastic family reunion for ages 88-3 years old . 26 people in all and all had a bed. Plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Amazing indoor pool, playground for kids. Walking trails. Chad, the owner, easy to reach and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!

60th Birthday Party

The 60th birthday party was a great success. The hot water heater(s) went out and didn't have any hot water, but the Owner had a service person on site within 30 minutes of me notifying him. The service company installed a new system and had a hot shower that evening. Owner even said we could stay an extra night at the house to compensate our troubles. Owner had great communications during our visit. Location of the property was great. Pool and spa was wonderful! At my age the smart tv's were difficult...until my daughter showed up at the birthday party, lol. Enjoyed the amenities.

Fantastic home with terrific indoor pool !!!

Excellent property for an extended family get together. Easily accommodated several families including 12 adults & 6 children (age range from infant to teenager). Nearby, there is plenty to do to keep everyone in our group happy. Fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, mini golf, great restaurants, beach, & even an amusement park to name a few. The indoor pool has a beautiful hot tub, a slide with cascading waterfall, and is beautifully landscaped. The owner is very responsive and is clearly interested in making sure his renters are happy & comfortable. Highly recommend this property for a terrific vacation.

Summer Stay in August

We had a great stay in Ocean View. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property was well maintained and any issues or concerns were taken care of immediately. There was enough room for all 24 of us (age ranges 0-68). The indoor pool was the best! A great week with lasting family memories of a lifetime at this home. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Home and a Great Vacation!!

My family had a great vacation experience at this home. We are ages 6 to 87 and everyone loved everything this house had to offer. The indoor pool was even better than then we anticipated. It is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!! The living room, kitchen and den on the first floor were very comfortable and provided plenty of space for all of us to gather in. Game room is awesome. Rooftop deck is great. All bedrooms and bathrooms are plenty big enough and comfortable as well. There are plenty of other amenities and all of them met or exceeded our expectations. We have rented many homes before and this house was the cleanest we been in by far. Finally, the homeowner is kind, gracious and a wonderful host. We will definitely rent this house again on our next trip to Delaware.

Awesome Family Vacation

This house has it all! We had an awesome vacation with our family- clean, updated, great layout, plenty of beds & bathrooms.. and indoor pool!!! The pool room is bigger in person, even the adults had fun sliding down the slide. Variety of all bike sizes with a bike path right out the back door. Close to the beach & boardwalk. If the unpredictable weather keeps you from the beach, this is the house to be at, especially with kids. The host was so nice and great to communicate with. Highly recommend for your next vacation. Our kids are already asking us when we’re going back.
