The Space:
Come relax and enjoy this private & tranquil pool-house villa that features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 4 pocket door openings leading you to the main attraction - the lanai! This inviting space has ample living and entertaining spaces that flow effortlessly in and around the pool area which is completely enclosed with a screened lanai. Offering our guests the ease of the infamous travel stressors by providing a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space, cooking oils and spices, coffee and tea essentials and complimentary welcome snacks!

Neighborhood:
Located on a beautiful residential street, this neighborhood is very quiet with little vehicle traffic. Palm trees line the center island of the street and you can choose endless routes to venture "around the block", passing many friendly neighbors. Along the way, you will see the canals, a lake, and even some adorable burrowing owls (our favorite)! Cape Coral actually has the distinction of having the largest population of the Florida species of the Burrowing Owl (Athene cunicularia floridana) in the State, with an estimated 1000 nesting pair.

Birthday trip

I stayed at this property with my best friend, my daughter and three of her friends for a 16th birthday celebration girls trip. The location was great- a 20-30 minute drive to FMB, adorable and quiet neighborhood, lots of shopping and food options close by. The home itself is everything the pictures show and so much more! The owners have everything you could need in a home away from home- more than I’ve ever had at any other rental. Communication was flawless, owners were available within minutes for any questions I had. I would recommend this home to anyone, anytime and I hope to be back myself soon! There were 6 of us, and the home had more than enough room. The pool was fabulous. I just cannot say enough good about our experience!
