Welcome to our beach retreat in a prime location in OCNJ! 804 E 7th Street is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor beach block home.

It is a short walk to all that you love in Ocean City - beach , boardwalk, waterpark, mini-golf, Castaway Cove and downtown shops. Just park your car and walk or bike to wherever you like to go!

In addition to the main living room, kitchen and dining area, the unit has a master suite with comfortable king size bed and bathroom, a bedroom with queen bed and a bedroom with full over full bunk beds and twin trundle and as well as main bathroom. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Dining table has seating for 6 plus two additional seats at the island. A deck off the main living area has additional seating and another table for 6-8 for dinners outside enjoying the ocean breeze and view of the Ferris Wheel. Kitchen is fully stocked for those who love to cook. There is a small deck off the back two bedrooms.
2 night minimum stay in off-season, 7 day Sat to Sat rentals late June thru late Aug. We always try to accommodate early check-ins and late departures whenever available.

-Parking for 2 vehicles (one spot in garage and one in driveway), street parking also available with no fees/permits required
-8 Beach Tags Provided (during summer season)
-Beach chairs, beach caddy, umbrellas and beach toys

Absolutely no pets of any kind or smoking is permitted in the unit. All deposits will be forfeited if this is not followed.

Primary renters must be 25 years of age to rent property and staying on property.
We cannot accept rentals for high school senior week, after prom or other parties.

Note there are two units in this building. This rental is for the lower one floor unit. Unit is accessed through front porch entrance as well as through the garage and side entrance.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed, and the location was so close to the beach and the boardwalk. Megan was a great host and was in constant communication. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Megan was great and did a great job of making us feel welcome! Check in was easy, the house was clean, and the neighborhood was quiet- perfect for families. When we did have questions Megan was easy to reach and very communicative. This plus the great location made for a perfect vacation! Would definitely stay here again!

Family beach vacation

We were only able to stay a few nights but had a wonderful time. The house was very comfortable and an easy walk to the boardwalk. We spent a lot of time out on the front portch. Megan was great at keeping us informed and responding to any texts. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely home away from home. From the 7 year old, to the 11 year old, the 18 & 19 year olds and the adults, we each enjoyed the house. Really appreciated having the washer and dryer, and the kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. Megan was very responsive and great to communicate with.

Beach Weekend

I was very impressed with the property. It was super close to the boardwalk and had all the amenities that were needed. Inside was nicely decorated and clean. The owner was extremely great to work with. Would recommend this property and will be back to rent.

Very nice and spacious apartment in the best location that's not on the beach itself. Hosts were very helpful and everything was as described. Great place for a family or two.

Great long weekend at OCNJ. Property was wonderful and exactly as listed. Host was very easy to work with and very responsive to messages. The house is at a great location and is one of the nicest beach houses I've ever stayed in.

Great Place, Great Owners

This is our favorite OC rental to date; the property/location are great, and the owners are really kind and responsive. Fully stocked kitchen, clean & comfortable accommodations, and nice to have off-street parking. We plan to be back. Highly recommend!

Ocnj 2-family vacation

The property was perfect and as described. A short walk to the beach and they have evrything. If you cook on vacation, they have all the equipment and plates you could need. It was really a perfect rental for our family (2 adults with kids 5 and 7) joined by my brother with his wife and 5 year old, plus infant.

Amazing Vacation

We had the best time!!!! The house was so beautiful and in the perfect location. It was so easy to get to the beach and boardwalk. We didn’t have any issues, just a few questions and Megan helped us each time. She was so polite and kind, and got back to us via text super fast. It was perfect for our family! My favorite part was the kitchen, which was fully stocked. We loved the deck, especially the adorable lights. We are so grateful we found this beautiful vacation home, and we can’t wait to come back and make more memories!

Great family trip to OC!

This was our first trip to Ocean City and the kids loved it! Property is as described and pictured. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk very easily with two young children (4 and 2). Enjoy!

Great Stay at the Beach!

My family and I stayed at this property for 4 nights. The check-in and out process was very easy and we had great communication with the owners. Both my children (3 y/o and 1 y/o) had a blast at the boardwalk which is only minutes away by foot. The property was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect for our family. If there were any issues, the owners responded immediately. It was overall a wonderful place and we hope to stay here again.

Great Place - Close to the Boardwalk/Beach

This is a great place to stay in Ocean City, NJ that is extremely close to the beach and the Boardwalk. It's an ideal location if you have little kids like we do as you don't have cross any streets to get to either. It's also very close to numerous bike rental locations. We did not need to move our car at all during the trip. The owners were extremely courteous and catering to our needs. Highly recommend.
