Location is perfect!

Brian was an awesome host. Place is so clean and we love how convenient it is on everything. From the check in to the check out is so easy and he even allowed us to extend check out time. We would love to stay here again.

Two couples and 3 kids visited for the long weekend. The place is exactly as described and the location is perfect with the mountain 5 min away. The owner is a great guy who is available as needed and was very responsive. We will be back and we highly recommend!

We rented this cottage in oct 2007.We had a great time.The place is beautiful and the house is adorable.Rent it.You won't regret it.

Clean, convenient, friendly, highly recommended.

The house was clean, spacious, and even better than we expected. We enjoyed warming by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding. The location is extremely convenient to restaurants, shops, and mount snow. Brian is a great host who replies quickly and is friendly. I highly recommend this house in every season.

Nice place, great location, and great owner!

Look at the pictures. What you see is what you get. We were looking for a nice place at a ski resort at a reasonable price for a family of 5 (+ our beloved pets). This satisfied all requirements. Location is 2 miles to the slopes and less than a mile to bars/restaurants . The added bonus is the owner will fully endeavor to make your visit an enjoyable experience. Thanks Brian!

Fantastic Place!!!

I've stayed here three times. Once with my wife, the other two with my brother and a couple of cycling buddies. The house has everything you can ask for!! Brian is probably the coolest landlord I've come across!! I plan on getting to this place at least once a year. It's located pretty much near anything you want to do during the summer. Mt. Biking, road riding (All climbing and wicked descents), hiking and swimming etc. You're a mile or so away from a great mom and pop market that has awesome meat/chicken and produce, the 7/11 has a great selection of craft beers. What more can you ask for!!?

Great house and wonderful host!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Brian's house, we just loved it! The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished and equipped. We were a party of 6 (plus a dog) and the disposition of the house was just perfect for us with three good bedrooms and a very nice common area on the ground floor. Relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing was perfect. The location of the house, with restaurants/shops 2 minutes away, and the slopes at Mount Snow less than 10 minutes away, was very convenient. Brian was just fantastic as a host. We had a few extra questions and requests and Brian was so nice and helped us out with everything. We can recommend this house and Brian as a host to 100%. Will come back whenever we can

Green Mountain Adventure Challenge Weekend

We traveled to West Dover to participate in the Green Mountain Adventure Challenge. Brian’s home is in a convenient location and an easy walk to a local restaurant for dinner. We heard there’s a new trail which will take you to other restaurants but we did not try it. Brian was very responsive to the couple issues we had and rectified them quickly. One suggestion we have….if you are specifically renting for the hot tub, confirm the temperature is turned up prior to arrival. It was after 9pm on our 1st night before we could use the hot tub.

Color in the mountains.

The condo was perfect , had everything and more. Location was great for rides to Wilmington, Brattleboro, dover and Keene. I would recommend this place highly.

Perfect Fall Getaway

Communication was clear, and the place was back off of the road and peaceful. Convenient to many wonderful places and easy to get on the main roads to visit towns northward. Would love to visit again!

Great stay and excellent location

Had a 3 night stay at Brian's place for a fall getaway. The pictures don't quite do the place justice- it was very roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. The location was excellent- close enough to local amenities but tucked away on a quiet street with lots of privacy. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor firepit as well. There was an issue with the lock on the door when we checked in, but Brian fixed it quickly and was overall very helpful and responsive. As a bonus, there was a great playground just down the street which our toddler loved! And terrific restaurants just a few minutes away. We'd love to stay here again!

Great Family Time

We gathered with our out of state children (and their dog), the house was just right for the 5 people and a dog. Brian is a thoughtful and attentive host. Great location where we could walk to the bakery to get breakfast and have easy access to West Dover's walking trail. Hot tub was a wonderful place to relax and catch up with each other.

Memorial Day Weekend 2021

We had a great stay. The unit is spacious and in good shape. The hot tub is comfortable and relaxing. We spent quite bit of time in the unit as the weather did not cooperate and were able to enjoy the wonderful fireplace as well and had plenty of wood to burn. It was quite cold out for a Memorial Day weekend. When the weather is good you are within mile of everything in the Mt. Snow area.

Awesome place, super close to mountain

We had so much fun staying here, its location is perfect, close to the mountain, restaurants and 7/11. The cherry on top was the hot tub. I can't complain about this stay, the place was spotless and really had cute decor. 10/10!!!

Wonderful rental for a restful off season getaway. More spacious than it looks. Beds and other furniture very comfortable/ above average for a rental. Hot tub very well maintained.Would love to go back.

Brian has worked on Mount Snow Ski Patrol since 1986. We come up skiing on most weekends. Both of my sons work for the mountain as ski instructor and patrol.
