About this property
Ski-in/out holiday home on Camelback mountain
The house is located at parking level. Walking distance to the slope makes it easy to ski-in and out. Family-welcoming house includes portable bassinet with mattress for infants, high chair for toddlers and bunk bed for kids. Two king and one queen size beds with memory foam mattresses will ensure your restful stay. Spectacular view of the mountains is perfect for hiking. Our gated community provides safety and security. All amenities are included which are indoor/outdoor tennis.
Parking level entrance to the house, kitchen, living room and balcony are at ground level, loft with bathroom is upstairs, two bedrooms, laundry and second bathroom are downstairs.
Guest access
A form with name and car plate number need to be filled out at least 24 hours prior checking to acquire a free guest parking pass.
Other things to note
Visit office or security booth to receive parking passes. In the house, please, remove shoes at front door, no smoking, clean the bbq after use, load dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Since pictures were taken we have installed split AC system in each room.
