Notre belle maison au bord du lac située dans la communauté privée des lacs Emerald est la destination de vacances idéale pour votre famille.

Emerald Lakes est une communauté pratique et située au centre pour vos vacances. Nous sommes à environ 1-1 / 2 heures de Philadelphie et de New York. Nous sommes à quelques kilomètres du ski Camelback, du parc aquatique Camel Beach et des aventures en montagne Camelback; Traverser les magasins; Casino Mt aéré; Pocono Raceway; nombreux parcs d'État, sentiers de randonnée, gastronomie et supermarchés. Nous ne sommes qu'à une courte distance en voiture de Jack Frost / Big Boulder. Nous sommes situés sur un acre à droite sur Mountain Top Lake, un lac de 50 acres, dans Emerald Lakes. Notre lot unique est une péninsule qui offre des vues spectaculaires au bord du lac! Cette communauté privée propose une piscine extérieure, des plages, un club-house communautaire, un sauna, des terrains de basket-ball et de tennis et une aire de jeux pour les enfants. Outre notre lac, il y a 4 autres lacs dans la communauté pour la baignade, la pêche, le kayak, le canoë ou le pédalo. Vous pouvez trouver plus d'informations sur notre communauté sur www. Elainc. Beautiful, Clean Home With A Perfect Location

The home is much larger than you expect. It is clean, spacious, and perfect for a ski weekend because it is close to the ski resorts. The home is also a short drive away from grocery stores or anything else that you may need. I am considering booking a stay for the warmer weather as well. Peter, the manager of the property, also provided excellent and responsive customer service.

Mostly Good Time

The house was very nice as was the location. The property manager was great and the home owners were very accomodating to some special requests we made. Our problem was with some of the people who live in the community. Twice in 3 days we were "checked out" by the local law enforcement. The first time we were accused of running our gas boat motor which was impossible as it was not working. The second time on a different lake we were observed for a significant amount of time from the shore again by law enforcement. On the first event, law enforcement was very nice to us, accepted my response to the accusation and left. Unfortunately these encounters were very upsetting to our family and impacted the remainder of our trip.

Inaccuracies at Long Pond

I will start on a positive note. The kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. The pond was very peaceful and quite. Sadly, the amenities listed were not accurate. There are no boats which was extremely disappointing for my family. The grill and cleaning tools for it were present, but were filthy and unusable. We didn’t use the foosball table because the legs were extremely wobbly and a few of the bolts weren’t attached to anything. The twin size mattresses were uncomfortable and the springs were noisy. It’s also important to note that renters must dispose of their own trash/recycling at the community compactor which has limited hours starting at 9am. I only hope the owner corrects the issues at the home for future renters.

As stated on the website we do not supply boats of any kind..also Traveler was told this in our conversation and was given the phone # of local boat rental that he requested A new grill has been installed at the property. As for trash disposal traveler is responsible for taking it to compactor as it is clearly stated in the rental agreement the traveler signed. foosball table is being replaced. no one has ever complained about the mattresses

Lovely Long Pond

This is our second year renting the property. The home is cozy & comfortable, and offers beautiful views of the lake. We had a lovely time in Long Pond and hope to return next year.

Perfect location for relaxing

While the property is a little dated it still possessed all the necessary conveniences you'd expect. The wide open first floor layout is great for hanging out even with a sizable group. The best part of the property though is the the location on the lake. The outdoor views and structures added significantly to the charm and appeal of the property. And lastly, Peter was very responsive to any inquiries. We noticed a problem with the gas grill when we first arrived. Before we had even stirred the next day there was a brand new replacement in place. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous views, spacious home

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend at Peter's home. It is way more spacious than we thought. Upstairs, there are actually 3 usable bedrooms, the picture you see of the futon is actually another separate room with a beautiful view. It could easily fit a blow up mattress if needed. The air conditioning worked great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our purpose for the trip was a girls' weekend and we like to float. The dock made it easy for us to get in the lake and the lake itself was beautiful and calm, perfect for floating. The outside area is huge and is just beautiful. I suggest bringing your own camping chairs and firewood. We usually try a new house each summer, but all of us want to come back to this one.

We had a wonderful week at Long Pond. The house was lovely and clean. The location could not be better….right on the lake with plenty of space to spread out. Definitely 5 stars. Hope to return next summer.

Smooth Stay

The house is beautiful and the owner is a nice guy. Let us have a late check out with no additional charge. Home was clean too. The no linens and no towels was the only downfall. It was listed very late in the listing and not noticed. Had to go to store to get towels and bed sheets. Would stay again.

Lovely home but needs updating

Loved the location but the carpets need replacing, the dishwasher and washer didn’t work and the fusbal table was broken. It was a great view and we enjoyed our brief stay but would hesitate to rent for longer period of time.

Wonderful Lake Setting

The lake view was wonderful and just as listed in the pictures. The dock to get to the lake was lovely and it was nice to be able to just walk out of the house and enjoy that view. Everything was extremely clean and felt very safe. We have three younger girls, including one that loves to crawl and the house was very family friendly. The owner was very responsive before and during the stay. Very grateful that we could stay at this lake house!

Nice house, beautiful view

The house was as represented. The view was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The decorating was dated and there were stains on the wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms. The neighborhood has a combination of both well maintained and poorly maintained houses, although, those right against the pond were in better repair. Peter was responsive and helpful before the rental.

beautiful place, we found the house very clean. everything we need was in place. the lake is perfect, beautiful view from the windows. my family and I were very comfortable. definitely a place to recommend to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing weekend.
