In season, you can book beach chair rentals, paddle boards, and beach bonfires through Edgewater's very own Goin' To The Beach beach services. Nice place to stay

It was clean and close enough to have a 5 minute walk to the beach. They also have golf carts that can take you.

Graduation Trip

Property amenities were great - gym, pools, basketball court, pickle ball, golf, restaurant by pool, beach chairs (cost extra)! Proximity to beach great - especially with walk-way bridge over street. Size of condo good for 4 adults. Back bathroom has pealing paint, towels provided were thin from use and oven kept turning off when we tried to use it one night.

Do Not Stay here

Please do not stay here. This unit is disgusting. When we arrived it smelled terrible. The floors were sticky, the bathrooms smelled of urine, the shower curtains were molded and looked like they’d never been washed. The beds were uncomfortable and the linens were awful. Hairs all over the pillows and bedding. The master bed didn’t even have a sheet just a very thin blanket as a comforter. Stains running down the walls and food splattered all over the doors. All the cups in pantry were dirty one even had lipstick on it. I called the management company and they sent cleaners out the next day but they only cleaned the bathrooms. I demanded a new shower curtain which I did get. The unit was stocked with barely anything. No wash clothes, no hand soap. I was told by management I need to bring my own. I’ve rented multiple different units at the property for yrs and never had to bring my own wash cloths and hand soap. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere please.
