Ellis Sunset Villa: ground floor, near beach, restaurants, tram pick up

Come and enjoy Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort at the Ellis Sunset Villa, offering something for everyone.

This family-friendly resort features a variety of amenities and once here, you will have no reason to leave. The resort is a 110 acre private gated community with 24 hour security. The resort extends to both sides of Front Beach Road and is connected by a pedestrian walking bridge.

The Ellis Sunset villa is our comfortable two-bedroom villa at Edgewater located on the golf/tennis side of the resort. Nice and quiet, the villa is a ground-floor property with relaxing views of the pond, fountain, and the 6th fairway. Inside, there is a spacious living area with leather couches, Smart TV, and complimentary high-speed wifi.

The large kitchen is fully equipped and boasts new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops along with everything you need to prepare your own appetizing meals from the abundant local fresh seafood. There is ceramic tile and wood laminate flooring throughout the villa, and a private washer/dryer means you can pack efficiently.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a private bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, large walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Our family owns and manages our villa so you can feel confident that we will always strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and relaxing home atmosphere.

It's just a short walk to the pedestrian bridge through the beautifully landscaped grounds of Edgewater, and you are delivered to the amazing white sand beaches and the huge lagoon pool. If you don't feel like a stroll, you can ride the complimentary Resort tram.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two parking passes.

The golf villas have 8 pools (heated in winter months), and one is just a few steps away for you to enjoy. There is also an 11,000 square foot grand Polynesian-style lagoon pool on the beach side along with two hot tubs. The lagoon pool has plenty of deck space for relaxing; Oceans restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch and dinner), Blenders tiki bar, and the sundry shop are all adjacent.

Edgewater also offers water sports/activities, beach service (chairs/umbrellas), an ice cream parlor, Starbucks, kids' splash pad, surf & sundries shop, 9-hole golf course, fitness center, and basketball/tennis/shuffleboard courts.

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveler's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
