Amazing view!

Beautiful location! The condo is perfect for two. My fiancé and I enjoyed the large balcony with unobstructed views, as well as the heated pools, hot tub and being in a gated community. We definitely plan to return next year!

Hard bed like sleeping on a rock

Condo overall was nice, we have stayed at this resort many times. But bed was hard as a rock. We thought about extending our stay but was glad to get away from mattress

Great Location

Condo was very run down. Fairly clean but obviously not updated in a while. Garbage disposal not working and had a terrible odor, dishwasher backed up in sink. Property is very nice, we love the pool area.

Living room had dirty patio furniture in the unit upon arrival. I had to physically clean and stack outside just to be sble to eat a meal indoors.We will never stay there again. They didn't even have the courtesy to send someone to remove it for us the had the nerve to try and charge extra to clean up their mess.9am checkout sucks!

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the frustration you experienced upon arrival and understand how disruptive it was to find patio furniture inside the living space. Upon review, active construction was underway at the property. As disclosed in the construction notice available at booking, Long Beach Resort was undergoing balcony reconstruction. Per Homeowner Association directives, balcony furniture was required to be stored inside the unit for safety reasons. We regret the impact this had on your comfort. We also apologize for any confusion regarding housekeeping charges, as this was never our intention. The 9AM checkout time is our standard and is communicated in advance to allow for proper turnover. We understand this may feel early and regret that it added to your dissatisfaction. Your feedback has been shared with our Operations Team; guest experience remains our top priority, and we hope for the opportunity to provide a more seamless stay in the future.
