Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights and return the keys

No need to make or strip the bed. We will take care of that during clean-up of the space. Please wash your dishes and leave them in the drying rack. Please clean up any obvious spills and crumbs.

Please leave the space as you found it as much as possible. We are not a corporate owner, have no cleaning fee, & do the cleaning ourselves. It is much appreciated. Vacuum/cleaning supplies available.

Check-out time is 11am. Please let us know when you have left so we can get back in the space and get it cleaned/prepared for the next guest. This is greatly appreciated. Travel well.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please leave the space as you found upon check-out. If you made any excessive messes(spills, etc) please clean them up.

Please message me upon arrival/when checking out. This helps me know that you gained access with no trouble/when the space is available for cleaning.

Perfect location and everything you need! We so enjoyed walking to Inventors for a beer and to Dockside Deli for breakfast. Perfect kitchen if you want to cook. Russ was a great communicator! We would definitely stay here again. Port Washington is a great town. We so enjoyed the Harbor walk too.

Great location within walking distance of quality restaurants and shops. Great view of the sunrise over Lake Michigan from the dining room windows. Roomy and comfortable. Owner was in contact during the stay to ensure all was as expected.

I had the best time at this property. The location is ideal, just a couple of blocks from the lake. I loved all the windows, it is very bright and cozy. The bed was awesome and I slept great, excellent shower. Very quiet. Ross was quick to respond to my inquiries. It was perfect.

It was apparent the owner wanted to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Little details such as a keurig with choices in coffee were available to make me feel at home. The only thing I would suggest is that the walkway and steps leading to the entrance be upgraded so that it is level and trip hazards are fixed.
