Casa Marigold is a 2 bed, 2 bath townhome in central Phoenix. It offers quick access to everything in the valley and gives you the best jumping off point for whatever you would like to do during your time. Enjoy authentic restaurants + experiences nearby or head to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, or Scottsdale - all within 15 minutes.
You will be able to access the entire townhome including washer + dryer as well as the private patio in the back of the townhome. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable, kick back, and make Phoenix feel like home!
The community is built with concrete walls so sound from neighbors is rarely perceptible. The community is also on a private drive so car traffic as well as foot traffic is minimal. Each room is equipped with white noise machines and fans to make sleeping as comfortable as possible. Let us know if you have any other questions :)
