Very centrally located and close to Arlington stadiums, 6 Flags, TCU, Hospitals and downtown Fort Worth. 30 minute drive to downtown Dallas. 15 minute drive to DFW airport. No carpets. Exceptionally clean and modern throughout. Very quiet and private back yard with large pool and mature trees providing shade. The floor plan is very open and bright.
