Single floor home w/resort amenities and SUP

Our stylishly decorated single-level home in the Paseos Community features 4 total bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (including 2 ensuite master bedrooms) and comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. All bedrooms include their own SMART TV and walk-in closet. The home is pet friendly with a fully enclosed backyard.

Come play and relax at our comfortable, private, stylishly decorated single-level home. With 4 beds and 3.5 baths there’s plenty of room for the whole family. While staying here you have full access to our newly built resort style pool, hot tubs, and pickle ball courts. Additionally, we store 2 stand up paddle boards in the garage for guest use as well as trekking poles, pickle ball equipment, and a bike storage rack. We have games, toys, and books for the kids, free WiFi, and a large SmartTV in each room. Located close to mountain bike and hiking trails as well as golf courses and multiple restaurants, you’ll have fun things to do whether you want to stay in or go out. You can even bring your four-legged friend along for an additional fee. The yard is fully fenced and sits on the most private lot in neighborhood.

The space

This modern and trendy 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The home is tastefully decorated and features a single floor open concept which is perfect to spend time together with friends and family.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a beautiful island and full-sized dining room table. It opens to a living room that showcases a large sectional sofa and huge 70" Smart TV. Just off the living room is the covered outdoor patio with lounge seating for the entire family, a grill, and an additional full-sized outdoor dining table. The fully fenced backyard is the perfect place to enjoy the tranquility of the landscape and the beautiful weather that Southern Utah offers.


All bedrooms have walk in closets and Smart TVs. There are 2 bedrooms that feature ensuite bathrooms and 2 rooms that share access to a jack and jill bathroom. With 3 king beds, a full size bed, 2 twin beds, as well as a pack n’ play for babies, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations available.

The home also has an enclosed full sized 2 car garage that includes an EV charger. With countless amenities, gorgeous design, and perfect location, this vacation rental is sure to be a favorite destination for years to come!

Guest access
The gorgeous community of Paseos is nestled behind the scenic hills of Washington. It’s conveniently close to the freeway, but also provides privacy with beautiful desert views. The resort style amenities onsite are the best in the area. The pool features a slide, lazy river, splash pad, and two hot tubs. Onsite pickle ball courts are within walking distance of the house.
Additionally, the Dino Cliffs and Church Rocks mountain biking trails and the paved Virgin River Trail can all be accessed from the house.
The rental is just a few miles away from Quail Hollow State Park and Sand Hollow Reservoir. Just another 30 minutes farther and you’ll arrive at Zion National Park--all of which offer countless day trip activities such as climbing, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing, paddle boarding, etc.


Other things to note
Bring your RV or boat- special parking lot for recreational vehicles is located at the end of our street.
Also, this property is dog friendly with an additional fee per reservation. If you are bringing a dog it is required to include the accompanying dog in the occupancy at booking. There is a 1 dog maximum.
